The “Death by a Thousand Cuts” Campaign Against President Trump and the USA

When I wrote my book, The Devil at Our Doorstep, I included the excerpt below from Lowell Ponte’s 2004 article, How Socialist Unions Rule the Democratic Party. I included Ponte’s quote, as I felt it succinctly summarizes “Corporate Campaigns” utilized by Big Labor to pound unsuspecting employees and employers into submission in its desperate attempt to force unionize employees through Card Check. Now, these same tactics are being utilized against Donald Trump, his Administration and the people of the United States — with the goal of impeaching Trump, bringing down the USA, and turning it into a socialist / communist country!

“SEIU and its political, media, and leftwing activist allies conspire to  attack a company directly with what they call “Corporate Campaign” or the “death of a thousand cuts.” Like the Furies of Greek mythology, this cabal of attackers harasses and disrupts company activities, sends vicious emails and letters to stockholders, intimidates customers, stalks and frightens employees, files baseless lawsuits, plants false stories with media allies to smear the company’s reputation, and uses hundreds of other tactics to injure the targeted company in every way they can imagine. . . The aim of this concerted swarming attack is to bully and pressure a targeted company into signing an agreement making SEIU the representative of its employees.”

Unable to stem its continuing decline in membership through traditional elections, Big Labor resorted to Corporate Campaigns tactics of intimidation, misinformation, defamation, propaganda, political pressure, media bias and other malicious tactics. Coinciding this with attacks on the targets’ customers, advertisers, and financial supporters to defund the opponent, exert extreme pressure, and, ultimately, to force unionize employees. This is all done as a “necessary” step to stave off extinction. These tactics, which are designed to overwhelm and defeat the target, are explicitly detailed in the SEIU Training Curriculum  and  Contract Campaign Manual. Big Labor and the Far Left realize this playbook, combined with empathy from the mainstream media — and in some cases control of the mainstream media as exposed in The Devil at Our Doorstep — will result in a win over 95% of the time because most employers and employees will bow to the pressure! This is the same agenda being used against Trump and the USA today for the same reasons.

Following the publication of The Devil at My Doorstep, employees and employers from around the country submitted their own personal real-life “horror” stories based on union “campaign” tactics. These stories are relayed in the sequel The Devil at Our Doorstep. From California to Massachusetts, Michigan to Missouri, Texas to Florida, and back home again to Indiana, its pages explode with the bullying tactics, political cronyism and misuse of members’ dues used by Big Labor to achieve its goals. Stories like the one shared below continue to flow in as the silent majority share their experiences of intimidation and pressure at the hands of Big Labor!

“I thought I would send you a quick update on the “happenings” of the SEIU at our once sleepy little college Dining Services. You might remember that the SEIU won the vote last December by promising the employees the “world” and it was a very close vote. Well as of today they have still not voted on a contract but I hear they are having a meeting on May 22nd (rumor has it that is the contract vote day). I guess it would be too much to ask for them to be up front and actually post that information for all to see! There is still much separation amongst the employees and, when they do have the SEIU representative there, she still huddles “her” people into secret little talks. About four employees who were strong union supporters have either been fired for attendance or have found other jobs leaving us with a big SEIU mess! That would almost close the gap on the vote last December. I can’t believe it has been almost two years since the first SEIU recruiter started lurking in the shadows around my place of work. I don’t understand how they can operate without getting a penny in dues for two years? Wanna hear something funny? She is blaming the fact that there is so much “dissension” in the ranks for not getting all she promised in the contract! I still can’t believe this has happened and I am still just as disillusioned about voting in November.”

“I’m not sure. After 2 settlements and attorney’s fees my employer has $200,000 in completely bogus claims. Now we are just in the stage where the union idiot can come in every Wednesday and Friday and hang stuff on our walls. I finally figured out we can sign a petition against union representation so I printed one off of the internet and I have 10 signatures out of 11 employees. Now I don’t know what to do with it. My boss is terrified of more lawsuits. If it’s like everything else they will file lawsuits saying everyone was coerced into signing it. The NLRB isn’t interested in the truth about anything only pushing the union agenda.”

Union tactics of “death by a thousand cuts,” however, are not limited to the private sector. Big Labor’s use of this strategy was seen in the despicable and unprofessional attacks by public unions on Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, in labor’s domination of bankrupt California’s politics, and against Indiana Republicans during the Right to Work debate (see Indiana Right to Work, the Right Thing to Do!), and in their corrupt influence on the Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board through the Obama Administration/Democratic Party, George Soros, his group ANTIFA (see Has Antifa put your city in its crosshairs for November 4th?) and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

Perhaps more concerning, however, is how former President Barack Obama, trained by the SEIU (see Obama and the SEIU Sittin in a Tree), is utilizing these same tactics against President Trump through his group OFA (see How Obama is scheming to sabotage Trump’s presidency and How Obama is Funding the Anti-Trump Resistance). The former President is showing his knowledge of the playbook by blasting President Trump at every turn, using accusatory rhetoric to stir anger against the current Administration.  He accuses the President of prejudice against immigrants from Mexico and Islamic countries,” of harming race relations and fostering hate, of lacking concern for health care for all by repealing Obamacare, of destroying the earth by rejecting climate change, of lacking respect for women, and attempting to rob the Middle Class through his support of a National Right to Work Law. In truth  It’s All About the Dues Money  for Big Labor (see Right to Work: A Basic American Freedom! Obama is scheduled to be in Washington soon at his shadow White House — within two miles of Trump to oversee OFA’s campaign against the President. Past President Obama, the Great Pretender, and his far leftist supporters, including Big Labor, have many things in common that should frighten all Americans:

• They are Narcissists. They believe they are smarter than the rest of us.
• They have no concept how Capitalism and the Free markets work. Even if they cared!
• They utilize defamation, pressure, intimidation, misinformation, misdirection, bribery, jealousy and other malicious tactics to achieve their goals.
• They prey upon the innocent and naïve with the promise of “Social Justice.”
• They are hypocritical in their actions. It is always “do as I say not as I do.”
• They will run over friend or foe to accomplish their agenda as the “ends always justify the means”.
• They believe in redistribution of wealth as it eliminates jealousy, makes people the same and easier to control.
• They attempt to divide the American people by race, gender and sexual preference.
• They believe in socialism/communism/totalitarianism, a one world order, and fundamentally transforming America!

Recent events by Obama, SEIU, Big Labor, Soros and the far Left  exhibit striking parallels to the Corporate Campaigns used in the quest for control (see Union Thugs and Non-Americans Bait Citizen To Drive Forward, Mob Attacks). They have the mindset of a dictator — they crave power! They have no respect for the law or our Constitution and will do whatever they feel necessary whether legally or morally acceptable to achieve their mutual goal of total control! The scheduled November 4, 2017 ANTIFA protests across the country are the start of achieving this goal (as seen in Exposing Tyranny starting Nov 4)! These tactics are designed to isolate the target, in this case President Trump and the USA, and destroy it, just like Big Labor’s Corporate Campaigns.

Fortunately President Trump understands you cannot stand by passively and allow attacks to continue without redress. In the case of my company as detailed in The Devil at Our Doorstep, we were able to defeat the SEIU by professionally and truthfully exposing the SEIU’s tactics and uncovering the SEIU’s true character to our employees and customers.  Trump must not be afraid to link Obama with persons of questionable character like Andy Stern, George Soros,  Jeremiah Wright, and expose their agenda. Remind the American public to judge a person not by what he or she says, but by what they do and with whom they associate. After all, actions speak louder than words!

The ultimate goal of the left is to have President Trump impeached and bring down the United Sates of America’s capitalistic / free market society and turn it into a socialistic / communistic society as revealed in The Great Pretender Wants Control – Conspiracy Continues! and Obama’s  O-Cloward-Piven Strategy Is Working! It is imperative on the first anniversary of his Presidency that Donald Trump begin now to employ professional and factual tactics to educate the American Public and expose the lack of character of Obama, Soros, the SEIU, Big Labor and other far left activists if he is going to counteract the “death by a thousand cuts” and remain the 45th President of the United States of America! It is Time for growth, not democratic socialism! We as Americans need to quit being naïve, wake up and understand America, we are at War! Armageddon is at Hand! Please Wake up!  It is time to Make America Great Again by supporting President Trump!

 

The Great Pretender Wants Control – Conspiracy Continues!

Our thoughts and prayers got out to the victims, and their families, of the extremely sad massacre in Orlando, Florida. This is another travesty inflicted upon America by “The Great Pretender” President Obama, that should wake up all Americans to his conspiracy to bring down America!

Americans should not be surprised that in President Obama’s speech following the Orlando massacre he once again would not use the term “Radical Islam,” but instead utilized the massacre as an opportunity to attack the Second Amendment and encourage gun control across the country. His reasoning is that guns incentivize others, like this terrorist, to attack America out of fear and hatred. Additionally, the President is approaching this just as he did during the Belgium attacks, where he appears disinterested but in reality, most likely has his own agenda — and not what is best for America (see Obama On ISIS Threat Following Brussels Attack: ‘I’ve Got A Lot Of Things On My Plate…’)

Maybe we as Americans should take a step back in light of this attack and ask a simple question, “Was this attack intentionally orchestrated by this Administration to achieve its goal of bringing down America by taking one of the last steps needed to do so by implementing gun control?” (see Obama to use Terror Attack to Seize Guns). Let me pose this thought to answer that question:

Why would a terrorist who was on the FBI’s watch list go to a gun store to buy guns legally instead of purchasing the guns from gun runners bringing guns into the country illegally over our open borders?

Perhaps the answer is that it would provide President Obama the opportunity to utilize the massacre to point out guns are the problem and to implement national gun control and achieve his goal of establishing a permanent third term presidency by bringing down the country and declaring martial law! Seem farfetched? Many people don’t believe it is, such as Presidential Candidate Donald Trump (see Trump links Obama to Orlando shooting, calls for his resignation)!

As set forth in my previous blog “The Great Pretender Wants Control!,”  this incident amplifies that the President’s O-Cloward-Piven Strategy Is Working  to destroy capitalism/free markets, install socialism/communism in this this great country, and establish a One World Order. Please read the rest of this carefully and then ask your elected officials in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate to impeach the president before it is too late, as it appears the goal is to accomplish this before the November elections.  Remember, the easiest way to establish martial law, is to get guns out of the hands of the populace.

Unions Infiltrating the Republican Party?

I recently received disturbing information from business friends in California and Colorado regarding the Republican Party in their respective states. This information creates concern about the divisiveness occurring within the Republican Party during the current  Election primary process, and potentially impacts the future of the party itself.  Considering that California is a heavily union controlled state and Colorado politics are controlled generally through Denver, a heavily unionized city, it does not appear to be a coincidence that unions in these states may be infiltrating the Republican Party.

Bob and Elise Richmond describe the state of the Republican Party in Is this Any Way to Build the Republican Party?, The Unionization of the Republican Party and CA GOP Chair Could Serve Third Term. It is apparent from these articles that the Gasping Dinosaurs are reaching out to desperate Republican politicians through use of political funding to achieve total control over politics in California in order to not only maintain, but increase union membership. This is occurring, despite the call for greater union transparency, as seen in Demand for Union Transparency and Choice on the Rise! In California, it is apparent the big labor bosses — along with President Obama — are intent on controlling America at all costs (see The Great Pretender Wants Control).

In Colorado, the tactics utilized by the Colorado Republican Party to prevent Donald Trump form receiving any Colorado delegates are eerily reminiscent of the SEIU’s Persuasion of Power! The article, Colorado GOP Resolution Against Trump, describes this in full.  It is apparent that the Republican Party was intent on denying Colorado voters the opportunity to choose their delegate! It would not be surprising to find that the SEIU, who has a large presence in Denver, and other unions were involved in this Colorado Republican Party decision, as it is a swing state the Democrat’s desperately need to control in the general election this fall.

Obviously the Republican Party was intent on controlling the delegates to assure their candidate received all the delegates, which was solidified by the following tweet:

In each of these cases, it doesn’t take much imagination to realize that the big labor bosses do not want a Donald Trump candidacy, nor any candidate like him, as they want to control the political landscape as well as state and federal laws in an attempt to reverse their declining membership. It would not be surprising to learn that Governor Walker backed out of the primary race due to union tactics and money in his heavily unionized state. It is obvious from the vast sums  the public employee unions are spending on their progressive political positions that big labor — and particularly the SEIU — are padding politicians’ pockets to achieve their goals (see Public employee union spends $28 million on progressive politics and $15 Minimum Wage: the Best Government Unions can Buy).  The SEIU alone spent $225,000,000 in the 2012 Elections, with approximately 99% going to the Democratic Party. Aside from President Obama being re-elected, the Democrats went on to lose both houses! Reason enough for the SEIU and other unions to begin pouring more money into Republican coffers.

The State of Indiana Republican Party has gotten it correct in a RTW State, publicly affirming that all three candidates will have an equal opportunity to receive the delegate vote:

“Indiana Republican Party Chairman Jeff Cardwell issued the following statement describing the Indiana GOP’s delegate process:

“Let me assure all Hoosiers that your voice will be heard in our primary election on May 3^rd.  We look forward to welcoming all three of our presidential candidates to Indiana to provide them the opportunity to present their vision for the future of America to our citizens.  We encourage everyone to engage in the process and get out and vote.  We strongly believe in the election process and every vote counts.”

A description of our delegate process:

Indiana has a total of 57 delegates; 27 District Delegates (3 per each congressional district), 27 At-Large Delegates and 3 Automatic Delegates (2 for our Republican National Committee (RNC) Members and 1 for our State Chairman).

All of our delegates are bound on the first ballot by the results of our Primary Election.  Here is an example of the allocation of delegates using some of the past candidates:

If Congressional District (CD) 6 goes for Gov. Scott Walker, then the three delegates from that district have to vote for Gov. Scott Walker on the first ballot.  If CD 1 goes for Gov. Jeb Bush, then those three delegates must vote for Gov. Jeb Bush on the first ballot (and so on).

All 27 at-large delegates represent the state popular vote.  If Indiana votes for Sen. Marco Rubio, then those 27 at-large delegates must vote for Sen. Rubio on the first ballot.

The 3 automatic delegates vote with the popular vote of the state.”

Americans need to realize Labor Unions’ True Motivation comes from the Dues Money, and that ultimately the 2016 Election is all about survival for the Big Labor Bosses and Democratic Party. Unfortunately, it appears the Republican Party in many areas is caving to the Death by a Thousand Cuts campaigns run by the Big Labor bosses (see The Devil at Our Doorstep, which chronicles a typical union corporate campaign). It is time for Americans from both sides of the aisle to wake up and band together, absent political persuasion, to assure that our political process remains the voice of all Americans and not politicians indebted to Big Labor Bosses. We need political parties and politicians who Defend the Constitution of the United States of America and the future of this great country instead of bowing to pressure of the big labor bosses, in order to line their own pockets!

There Should Have Been An Autopsy

Based on the Tuesday, March 29, 2016 Supreme Court decision to move forward on the Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association,  it is obvious that the Supreme Court bowed to pressure from the Administration and its big labor buddies to move up the vote/decision originally scheduled for the first week of June 2016, as chronicled in Big Labor’s Rollercoaster of Emotions  (see Supreme Court Split Preserves Some Compulsory Public-Union Dues, SCOTUS Splits 4-4 in Challenge Over Teachers Dues in Win for Union and Split U.S. Supreme Court rejects conservative challenge to union fees). The reason is abundantly clear, because due to the tied vote, the ruling automatically reverts the decision back to the California 9^th Circuit Court’s decision in favor of unions. Big labor bosses don’t have to fear massive dues losses across the country and can now concentrate on providing financial and ground game support to the Democratic Party for the November 2016 Elections. The following quote puts it succinctly,  “With a divided court, thousands of public servants around the nation must still financially assist a government union that they disagree with,” as quoted by Trey Kovacs, an analyst with the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

The entire sequence of events, which began with the Supreme Court’s hearing on January 11, 2016, creates undeniable suspicion. It was apparent in January that there would be 5-4 decision in favor of Friedrichs – due to Scalia’s tie breaking vote (see Public Unions on the Precipice! and Supreme Court Appears Skeptical of Union Fees — a Potentially Major Loss for Labor Groups). Factoring in the subsequent strange and untimely death of Scalia on February 13, 2016 (barely a month after the original hearing), and now, the decision to move up the vote to a month and a half after Scalia’s passing, calls for speculation that these actions do not appear to be coincidental!

All of the details surrounding Scalia’s death seem odd, starting with the location of his passing, which occurred at the Ranch of liberal Obama supporter John Poindexter. Poindexter just happened to discover Scalia lying dead in his bed with a pillow over his head. Even more strange, is that his death was declared by natural causes and no autopsy was performed, despite the fact Texas law requires one in instances requires an autopsy when someone dies under less-than-obvious circumstances (see Suspicions Raised Because of What They Failed to Do to Supreme Court Justice Scalia).

There is no question that Scalia’s passing was a major windfall for big labor bosses and the Democratic Party in a tough Election year. Many believe that his passing was not coincidence and that it was planned (see A Nurse’s Perspective: Justice Scalia’s Death in Texas is the 21st Century Version of the Assassination of JFK). Any sensible person looking at this case would have to consider the old saying, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and smells like a duck it must be a duck!

Based on the timing and lack of evidence and investigation there should have been an autopsy performed by either the state of Texas or the Federal Government. Any President worth his salt would have demanded an autopsy be performed. However, an autopsy would not have been conducive to saving unions from their death spiral, which President Obama needs for his agenda as chronicled in The Great Pretender Wants Control and the Democratic Party desperately needs for financial and ground game support in the 2016 Elections.

None of this is surprising, as the Supreme Court and Chief Justice Roberts have bowed to the pressure of the Obama Administration and big labor bosses in the past as chronicled in Reprised – U.S. Supreme Court: An Opportunity to Protect Fundamental Freedoms, where the Supreme Court declined to rule on Big Labor’s Neutrality Agreement, which is big labor’s best tool to force unionize employees!  It is obvious that this Administration, the Democratic Party and union bosses are more concerned about preserving their jobs and means of power and control then living up to the U. S. Constitution, which has made this the greatest country in the history of mankind. Unfortunately, these people don’t understand how to be successful in a capitalistic society/free market society or don’t have the work ethic to survive!

This series of events highlights why there should have been an autopsy performed on Scalia and we as Americans need to wake up and realize we are war and it is worth the time to Identify The Devil at Our Doorstep who is intent on The Taking of American Freedoms! Americans must remember that the misinformation, rhetoric and intimidation tactics used by this Administration – and its trainers, big labor – are purely to gain control of America and turn this into a socialistic/communistic country and that  The Problem with Socialism is Socialism! America needs politicians, big labor bosses, and businessmen, that are transparent, ethical, moral and work for betterment of all Americans and the United States of America instead of their own agendas. Wake up America, we are at War! Armageddon is at Hand! Please Wake up!

Politics and Unions

Though this past weekend’s debate was calmer than previous debates, it was apparent the ABC moderators were not only intent on pitting the candidates against each other, but also making experience a point of focus. In both instances they succeeded, as exchanges between Christie and Rubio, Cruz and Carson, and Trump and Bush were definitely heated, and clearly exposed the lack of experience of certain candidates. While ABC focused on the lack of political experience, it was apparent that the most important experience is the ability to handle one’s self under pressure and understand that business and the free market economy, not government, drives what makes America great!

The truth is that no political candidate is going to have all of the answers on the breadth of issues – how to handle international events, potential terrorist threats, internal issues and the economy – until they are in office and have access to all the information. What is important is that they understand how the country and business works and how to use this information to make decisions that make America great again. In simple terms it will take a person not with political experience, but one with experience in growing a business and creating jobs through hard work, smart business practices, smart and firm negotiating, and relationship development, to reverse the downward spiral of this great country and attract people from all backgrounds to support them. It is apparent the American public agrees, as 48% of GOP Voters Prefer A Candidate Without Political Experience.

I recently met a black gentleman the day after the debate who was a member of the Tea Party Coalition supporting Ted Cruz. His comment on the debate was that Ted would capture a lot of the black male vote over Hillary if the race came down to those two, because black males do not want to see a female President with the kind of socialistic beliefs she and the current President represent. I told him about my book and blogs and how they expose President Obama and his socialistic agenda. He was immediately intrigued and asked for a signed copy of The Devil at Our Doorstep for himself and Ted Cruz, whom he will see in South Carolina next week, which I willingly provided.

Ted Cruz will be the second Republican front runner to receive a copy of my book, as Donald Trump has already received a copy. This gentleman was adamant that the right candidate could capture the vote of the African-American community if they were experienced enough doing so. This sentiment was recently echoed by Louisiana State senator Elbert Guillory who switched from the Democratic to Republican Party in 2013 and believes that liberalism is a modern day form of slavery. It enslaves Americans to be dependent on the government. In effect, it is all about control and buying/extorting votes (see VIDEO: Black Man Gives Stunning Explanation for Why He’s a Republican…You Need To See THIS!). Senator Guillory’s comments/beliefs are vividly revealed in my blog The Great Pretender Wants Control!

The largest group of supporters for this liberal movement – the American labor unions – who introduced the Death by a Thousand Cuts tactics used by big labor to liberal politicians in order to fundamentally transform America – realize the 2016 Election is the tipping point. Without the Democratic Party, Big Labor realizes it is headed toward extinction (see The Bleak Future of Unions).  Despite the fact that the current Administration has directed the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to restore union superiority through its procedural changes and regulatory authority, Big Labor faces extinction based on an upcoming Supreme Court decision (June 2016), as chronicled in Public Unions on the Precipice!

Extinction exists despite the regulations enacted by the NLRB in 2015 creating “ambush” elections on employers (see Beware The Ambush!), which led to More Union Wins in 2015 when U.S. Unions Added to Ranks in 2015 But Failed to Gain Market Share! Additionally, unions continued to lose market share in the private sector as exposed by the fact 48.9% of Union Members Worked for Government in 2015.

Undeniably, Big Labor bosses and liberals will continue the Death by a Thousand Cuts tactics in a desperate effort to win the 2016 Presidential Election and regain Democratic majority in the House and Senate. Big Labor, however, will first have to reach an agreement on who they support (see Unions Agree to Agree on their 2016 Presidential Candidate). This is currently in conflict as the SEIU has come out in favor of Hillary Clinton, while the AFL-CIO is still mum, because they don’t want another Obama!

At the end of the day, Big Labor and liberals will join at the hip and continue their socialistic/communistic agenda because they understand the basic concept Control Business, Control the Country.  American workers need a favorable decision by the Supreme Court in June, and all Americans need to wake up and elect a Commander in Chief in 2016 who will not only keep this nation safe from terrorism, but has business experience to utilize the free market in order to revive the economy, create jobs and make America great again, because The Problem with Socialism is Socialism!

Big Labor Fears Cadillac Price Hike!

President Obama’s Big Labor buddies are not referring to automobiles, but rather the President’s Affordable Care Act (a.k.a Obamacare) “Cadillac tax” provision that, if left in place, could seriously hurt unions financially and result in membership loss. Big labor is hoping for an early Christmas present from the Democratic party and the President – but it may not be coming. Despite the fact Harry Reid and other Democrats have announced repeal of the Cadillac tax as a main priority in an attempt to support struggling unions who’s support Democratic candidates desperately need in the 2016 elections, it appears the President’s narcissistic ego will keep him from supporting such a repeal since he views Obamacare as his signature health care reform law.  This could become a major problem for the President and the Democratic party if not achieved this week, as negotiators attempt to wrap up a major tax bill (see Reid seeks parting gift for unions in sweeping tax deal and Politico: ‘Cadillac Tax’ Seen as Next Obamacare Battle).

 

As recounted in past blogs The Devil is in the Details: Buyer’s Remorse over Obamacare, Except for SEIU  and Reprise: Buyer’s Remorse over Obamacare?,  Big labor was fully on board with Obamacare until the bill was passed and they began to read the fine print. Now with declining membership and underfunded healthcare programs, Big Labor is facing facing the real fear of extinction. Such a result would be catastrophic for the Democratic Party because of the financial support and ground game labor unions provide to get out the vote and win elections. Already, unions like the SEIU have endorsed Hillary Clinton (see Obama’s “Purple People Beaters” Prepare to do Battle for Hillary and SEIU endorses Clinton. This type of support cannot be jeopardized by the Democratic Party in a race against the most likely Reblican candidate, Donald Trump. It is important Democrats provide the “early Christmas present” Big Labor bosses want, or face extinction for both them and the party, as concisely phrased in an email received from email from Governor Scott Walker

“In 2012, the Big Government Labor Bosses fought hard to oust me as governor. But the fight they put up was nothing compared to what we will face next year.

SEIU Disrespects Veteran’s Day with Fight for Fifteen Protests!

Ironically or not, today, November 10, 2015, one day before Veteran’s Day, the SEIU will continue its hypocritical “Fight for Fifteen” with protests in 270 cities across the country (see ‘Fight for $15’ Walk-Outs and Protests Continue; Are You Prepared for November 10?). It appears these protests are being held the day before Veteran’s Day most likely to gain exposure for the SEIU’s and the President’s agenda to divide America!. It will be interesting to see President Obama’s comments about “Fight for Fifteen’ versus honoring our veterans! In truth, the “Fight for Fifteen” demonstrations all about perception, and not about honesty and reality! This will be no more than another opportunity to prey upon the naiveté of Americans as described in the following blog: It’s All About Perception! It is evident the big labor bosses and the President really do not care about America or the people they are pretending to help, but only about their own socialistic/communistic agenda at the expense of our great Veterans.

Recently, the “Fight for Fifteen” demonstrations at McDonald’s and Wal-Mart stores across the country have sparked empathy in the news coverage by the main stream media. The liberal coverage of these outlets portrays employees as being taken advantage of and in need of increased wages and benefits. As with most things in life, it is prudent to do the research to make sure we have all the facts, and that they are presented honestly and concisely. It is imperative we don’t rely on our political leanings and that we not have the proverbial “wool pulled over our eyes.” Every American, should re-check the position or “window” from which they the view things, as succinctly demonstrated in the following.

The Window from Which We Look
A young couple moves into a new neighborhood.
The next morning while they are eating breakfast, the young woman sees her neighbor hanging the wash outside.
”That laundry is not very clean”, she said. “She doesn’t know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better laundry soap.”
 Her husband looked on, but remained silent.

 Every time her neighbor would hang her wash to dry, the young woman would make the same comments.


About one month later, the woman was surprised to see a
 nice clean wash on the line and said to her husband,”Look, she has learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this.”

 The husband said, “I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows.”



And so it is with life. What we see when watching others it depends on the purity of the window through which we look! 

“Fight for Fifteen” and the so called “Work Centers” that are championing this cause — providing their own version of training and assistance — are nothing more than union fronts where Union Bosses Use Fast-Food Workers For Personal Gain. Unions are pouring millions of dollars into these “Work Centers” as a method of unionizing the fast food workers across America! It is unfortunate and despicable that The SEIU’s Support for Wage Hikes are based on Self Interests and that these Protest Organizers Pay Consulting Fees, however, even more astonishing is that the SEIU has funneled $15 million into the Fight for $15 campaign! This sleight of hand by the SEIU and other unions demands that we check the purity of the window from which we view the true intentions of these unions and this Administration. Even some of the union members are cleaning windows as demonstrated in Union Members Are Getting Tired of the Anti-Walmart Campaigns.

Essentially, these worker centers are union branches. Labor Unions are organized as 501(c)(5) entities, and as 501(c)(5) entities they cannot receive tax-deductible contributions. However, many Worker Centers are organized as 501(c)(3) charities, which means they can receive tax-deductible donations and they are not accountable to the workers they claim to represent.

In other words, they are conduits for labor unions in disguise. They provide the labor unions with benefits which they could not otherwise independently receive. Labor unions are a dying breed, they are nothing more than Gasping Dinosaurs trying to avoid extinction, and the worker centers are proof!

Another benefit to the “Fight for Fifteen” demonstrations is that they serve to Deflect Attention from the Rogue NLRB and its attempt to establish Card Check through Regulation vs. Legislation with the new ambush election law, designed by this Administration to allow unions to rapidly force unionize employees and employers across the country, further described in Reprise: Beware the Ambush! It is nothing more than a payback to the union bosses for political contributions and votes!

The bottom line is, while America’s top labor union bosses raked in millions in 2014 for their own pockets and to press their political agendas, it has become apparent that Millennials don’t want to join unions! They are waking up to the fact that Labor Unions’ True Motivation comes from the Dues Money. Union bosses want to line their own pockets and promote their political agendas! Subsequently, union bosses are waking up to Why 78 Million Millennials Are Choosing Non-Union Jobs and are desperate to invent ways to force unionize them in order to survive, which is what the “Fight for Fifteen” is truly all about!

It is time for all Americans to wake up and see big labor’s intentions through a crystal clear window and not through distorted, long held political viewpoints or beliefs. Big labor and its claims are all about perception not reality! They could care less about these employees! When Will Congress and the Main Stream Media Wake Up and unmask this misperception and protect the freedoms of all Americans from this Administration and the SEIU’s Persuasion of Power?

The Great Pretender Wants Control!

President Obama, the Great Pretender, and his leftist supporters including Big Labor, have many things in common that should frighten all Americans:

• They are Narcissists. They believe they are smarter than the rest of us.
• They have no concept how Capitalism and the Free markets work. Even if they cared!
• They utilize defamation, pressure, intimidation, misinformation, misdirection, bribery, jealousy and other malicious tactics to achieve their goals.
• They prey upon the innocent and naïve with the promise of “Social Justice.”
• They are hypocrital in their actions. It is always “do as I say not as I do.”
• They will run over friend or foe to accomplish their agenda as the “ends always justify the means.”
• They believe in redistribution of wealth as it eliminates jealousy, makes people the same and easier to control.
• They attempt to divide the American people by race, gender and sexual preference.
• They believe in socialism/communism/totalitarianism, a one world order, and fundamentally transforming America!

Recent events by both the President and Big Labor exhibit striking parallels in the quest for control! They have the mindset of a dictator — they crave power! They have no respect for the law or our Constitution and will do whatever they feel necessary whether legally or morally acceptable to achieve their mutual goal of Total Control!

In March 2012 the blog Vetting Obama’s Political Tactics was published, it portrayed how President Obama and his labor buddies were engaging in Death by a Thousand Cuts tactics to fundamentally change America!  Here is an update on these continuing tactics today.  (Updates noted in RED)

Big Labor: Represent big business as placing corporate profits ahead of employee wages and benefits: Pit employees against the employer. Labor unions, particularly the SEIU, continue to do this especially with their “Fight for Fifteen” campaign. The truth, however, is that Union Bosses Use Fast-Food Workers For Personal Gain! 2)   Obama: Double the number of work study jobs for college students:  Capture the college student vote. Obama Administration pressing free College tuition for all people in an effort to capture more of the total American vote from parents, current college students down to potential students! Big Labor: Incite workers to push for all full time jobs versus part time jobs: Capture the vote of young workers. 4)  Obama: Equal wages for women and paid contraception/abortions:  Capture the vote of women. President threatening to pass a law through Executive Order that forces employers to pay women and men in the same position the same pay!

Big Labor: Equal wages for all: Capture the vote of women. Agrees with the President and uses the same tactic because if everyone is paid the same and work at the same productivity rate they are easy to control. Long standing union tactic!

7)   Obama: Increased regulation on business, resulting in restrictive labor laws; greater employee input in business and lower productivity:  Capture all voters. Same agenda, as he understands — Control Business, Control the Country!

Big Labor: Restrictive work rules, seniority and limited discipline procedures resulting in reduced productivity, sameness and more employee power:  Capture all voters. Continues the same tactics!

Big Labor: Increased benefits/Reduced workloads to create one class reliant on Big Labor bosses:  Capture the vote of those without work ethics or ambition, reduce friction, create sheep and ensure compliance to Big Labor. Continues to support the President.

Big Labor: Press and utilize OSHA complaints citing employer use of hazardous chemicals, equipment, and unhealthy work environment: Court the far left entities like “Jobs for Justice,” environmentalists and the liberal media. Continues to support the movement despite the President does not support the Keystone Pipeline, which would provide new union jobs!

Big Labor: Characterize employers as abusive and utilize means to place pressure through government reporting:  File massive numbers of “Unfair Labor Practices,” OSHA and DOL complaints:  Court the naïve, less uninformed and easily persuaded (see The Devil at Our Doorstep). 13)  Obama: Attack conservative supporters like Fox News in an attempt to persuade advertisers to drop Fox through the Persuasion of Power. Continues to attack FOX News and has liberal media attacking 2016 Presidential Candidates!

Big Labor: Picket and intimidate employers’ customers in an attempt to have customers fire the employer (see Persuasion of Power). Continues the same tired  tactics and use the Ambush Election law to their benefit!

In addition to the 15 points previously reviewed President has also added the following tactics, supported by his leftist buddies, in his quest to “fundamentally change America” — as he proclaimed in his first inaugural address.

• Forcing the Iran deal through by bypassing Congress. Thereby allowing a radical Islamic nation to have nuclear weapons, see With Iran deal, Obama makes bad history.

• Demanding gun laws and confiscation. • Supporting same sex and transgender relationships.

President Obama is utilizing these tactics as means of overwhelming the system which are essentially the same type tactics utilized by unions in an attempt to force union companies and their employees as chronicled in The Devil at Our Doorstep.  Hypocritically, they want all Americans to be politically correct but Political Correctness is Ruining America!

Are you feeling frustrated, disaffected or just plain angry at the Obama administration and the progressive left in general? That’s exactly how they want you to feel, according to award-winning journalist David Kupelian. “We’ve got to overcome anger because people don’t realize that not only does all this crazy stuff going on make them angry, which is understandable because [the left is] destroying the country, but causing the anger is strategic,” said Kupelian in a recent interview on “The Jesse Lee Peterson Radio Show.” “You are intended to become angry.” In his new book, “The Snapping of the American Mind,” Kupelian writes that stoking anger and resentment is a key tactic employed by the left.

Conservatives would argue President Obama has done a lot to drive Americans mad. For example, he has granted a path to citizenship to millions of illegal aliens. He has sided with protesters rather than police officers and has said he believes there should be a national vs Local police force! He has struck a nuclear deal with Iran. Then there’s Obamacare, marriage and abortion.

“What Obama has brought to the table is he has taken cans of gasoline and poured it all over this fire that has already been burning in our country, and he’s accelerating it,” Kupelian said. “He’s like an arsonist. He’s creating this conflagration” Kupelian is correct in his assessment as it is the centuries old tactics of Divide and Conquer. President Obama is intentionally attempting to destroy America and turn it into a socialistic/communistic state by using the methods described above. Also, President Obama and the Left is Angering Americans on Purpose, Says Author -Obama ‘Like an Arsonist,’ Fueling Americans’ Resentment. Even the Good Lord understands “Social Justice” and making everyone the same does not work or he would have created us all the same economically, physically, morally, spiritually and intellectually, He created all men equal in the eyes of God, but understood they must achieve and grow based on their own skills, hard work (despite the fact the MNBC announcer believes the term hard work is racial), discipline, morals and perseverance! Isn’t it interesting how the left never faults or use people as examples who support them that represent large income equality chasms like movie stars and pro athletes? The truth is despite their rhetoric they don’t care if people make or have much, they just want sameness as it is easy to control!

It is not about equality or social justice, but is about ultimate control. The narcissistic left believe they know better and need to control us! The truth is they have no idea how to succeed in a free market society/capitalistic society as demonstrated by the exact same tactics used by Big Labor bosses to force unionize people who are naïve and easily intimidated, because It’s All About the Dues Money! As a result they collectively want socialism/communism! The president has roughly 14 months left. It is time to stop the Great Pretender now before he and his cohorts achieve their goals of destroying America.

Card Check Close to Reality!

Over the past six months, and throughout the remainder of his term, President Obama will continue his agenda to Divide and Conquer the American people (see Obama NLRB pushes pro-labor agenda as administration winds down). One of his major weapons will be imposed by Card Check, which will allow his “buddies,” the big labor bosses, to force unionize businesses of all sizes across the country (see Card Check through Regulation vs. Legislation and Rogue NLRB). The net result will be major dollars through union dues being channeled to the President and his far left progressive supporters to gain political control of our country and fundamentally convert it to a socialistic/totalitarian regime (see It’s All About the Dues Money).

Three recent NLRB rulings have been highly favorable to labor and with a Pro-Union Proposed Bill by the far left, combined with recent introduction of reduced election time periods — as chronicled in the recent blog  Breaking News: The Ambush is Upon Us – it has placed President Obama and the union bosses in a position to Control Business, Control the Country! There is no doubt Card Check is one of the main objectives, and it is A Death Penalty for Employees and Employers. The intent of establishing Card Check  and other objectives of this President in his remaining 15 months was predicted in the prior blog (below), and shows his O-Cloward-Piven Strategy Is Working!

Unions Demand Payback: Card Check is back on the Table!

Last Tuesday’s re-election of President Barak Obama will allow him to continue his Rule by Fiat and to push his socialistic agenda. This, in turn, will rejuvenate Big Labor’s most coveted objective, “Card Check.” The President will continue his drive to circumvent Congress through the use of Executive Orders and regulatory actions, with a goal of destroying the free enterprise system and replacing it with a socialistic society. In fact, as mentioned in the blog “Biden the Bully,” don’t be surprised by an attempt to use Rule by Fiat to eliminate presidential term limits and secret ballot political elections to effectively establish a totalitarian government.

President Obama learned the tactic of controlling the populace though his buddies — Big Labor’s Gasping Dinosaurs — who began applying pressure on the President  the day before the election when it was proclaimed by AFL-CIO Big Labor Boss Trumpka said “You’ll See Card Check Within the Next Obama Term.” Card Check, which originated as a piece of favorable sounding legislation called the “Employee Free Choice Act” [a.k.a. EFCA], was never enacted through Congress. Despite its misleading title, EFCA had as its basic tenant the elimination of the secret ballot election as a means of allowing employees to determine if they want to be represented by a union.  Since that time, the President has attempted to enact EFCA Through the Backdoor in order to pay back his buddies for their support in the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Elections. The President’s method of choice, much like he has done with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Labor, is to achieve Card Check through Regulation vs. Legislation!  By this means, he can avoid having to receive Congressional authority altogether.

Make no mistake, the President clearly understands the philosophy Control Business, Control the Country! He understands Card Check is A Death Penalty for Employees and Employers,  and also that it is a means of  cementing the  support of the Gasping Dinosaurs. In fact, immediately after the election it was reported, but not widely publicized by the fawning mainstream media, the TSA Grabs Union Contract. This, along with Trumpka’s declaration about the reelection of President Obama, spells doom for American business and the America economy.

Along with increased E.P.A regulations (see attached Obama-EPA Plans for 2013), increased banking regulations and other regulatory controls,  Card Check, which uses the Persuasion of Power  to indoctrinate and force employees and employers to capitulate (as chronicled in The Devil at Our Doorstep), portends a financial meltdown that could result in the destruction of the American economy as espoused by Cloward and Piven as a means of collapsing the government (see Overwhelming the System). Interestingly enough, the cornerstone of Cloward and Pivens’ plan was “Universal Healthcare,” which now most likely will come to fruition with Obama’s re-election. Already we are seeing tremendous drops in the stock market and employers’ warnings of impending layoffs and/or reduction of employees to part time to pay for or avoid the cost of Obamacare (see Good Morning America, Here’s Those Layoffs you voted for Last Night).

Evidence of Big Labor’s renewed confidence was on display just this week as Labor Leaders Heading to the White House to put on a full court press promoting tax hikes for wealthy Americans, and rallying to keep a strong “safety net” intact for low income families, opposing any cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security benefits or shifting costs to the states, no matter the impact on the imminent fiscal cliff. Big Labor will also pressure the White House on other heated issues, primarily hiring teachers and getting the government to focus on “internal job growth,” which equates to spending on infrastructure projects, building roads and bridges.

Imagine the long-term consequences on unemployment numbers and the overall economy! If people use common sense and are honest with themselves, they will realize this is the exact result the President and his Gasping Dinosaurs desire. It is much easier to control people when they are all the same and beholding to the hand that feeds them! It is time for all Americans to wake up and realize The Taking of American Freedoms is this Administration’s and its supporters’ ultimate goal! Be Afraid. Be Very Afraid  America, We are at War! Armageddon is at Hand! Please Wake up!

Political Correctness is Ruining America!

Many Americans are posing the question “Is America Too PC?” The easy answer is, absolutely. The more important answer, however, is much more complex. Do we want all people to be treated fairly and provided equal opportunity regardless of their background and personal preferences and beliefs? Absolutely. Do we want America to be the land of opportunity for all? Absolutely. Do we want all legal Americans to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, as stated in The Declaration of Independence? Absolutely. Do we want people who desire to bring down the greatest country the world has ever known, a country that has provide more opportunity for people and advanced civilization and the standard of living more than any other country in the history of the world to use “political correctness” to destroy it? Absolutely not!

Unfortunately, that is the intent of those who are pushing “political correctness” on the rest. There are many intelligent people who know better, but they go along with the scam because, in their short-sidedness they are afraid that opposing “political correctness” will ruin their political or business careers! They fail to understand that their failure to oppose this agenda will ultimately lead to the destruction of this great capitalistic/free market society. Such destruction is the ultimate goal of the sinister people behind “political correctness” — to destroy this country as we know it and replace it with totalitarianism and socialism! This intent is directly contradictory to the Declaration of Independence, which professed: “The Declaration of Independence would declare that government existed primarily to support a conception of limited government.”

America needs to wake up and understand that the intent of President Obama, the Obama Administration, far left progressives like George Soros and Maurice Strong, the SEIU, and other progressive unions, environmentalists, and even “higher” education institutions (see College Professors Threaten Bad Grades for Saying These ‘Hateful’ Words and University tells staff and students to stop using ‘he’ and ‘she’) is the establishment of a one world government! To enforce this agenda, the Administration uses social justice and policy initiatives like the SEIU’s “Fight for Fifteen,” the Ferguson and Baltimore riots, and the “ Black Lives Matter” campaign to provide President Obama with the bully pulpit to promote racial division, gun control, social justice, income inequality, open borders and ultimately financial collapse. Simply put, America please Wake-Up and Connect the Dots… Obama Wants Us to Sign a Neutrality Agreement!! While complex in its execution, the concept is really very simple: control the speech, then control the thoughts, you then control the people…! Very simply put Divide and Conquer!
Presidential candidate Ben Carson is aware of this threat and these tactics, as stated in his latest e-mail blast:

Fellow Conservative, The “war on women.” “Black lives matter. “The 99 percent” versus “the 1 percent. These are the phrases of the purveyors of division, who seek every day to pit one group of Americans against the other. In the meantime, no real problems are being solved.

During all my years as a brain surgeon, I would operate on what makes people who they are. It’s not their gender, their skin color, or their income bracket. I’m running for President because I believe our strength is in our unity, and we need to take a sharp turn away from this nonsense.

Obviously, Dr. Carson is an extremely intelligent and talented man, who is a strong candidate and who would make a fine President. He understands the tactics of “political correctness” utilized by the current Administration and the far left to achieve their goal — to Divide and Conquer America!

“Political correctness” is no more than a weapon being utilized to destroy the greatest country in the history of the world! All Americans need to realize it is worth the time to Identify The Devil at Our Doorstep who is intent on The Taking of American Freedoms! America, we are at War! Armageddon is at Hand!
