The Great Pretender Wants Control!

President Obama, the Great Pretender, and his leftist supporters including Big Labor, have many things in common that should frighten all Americans:

• They are Narcissists. They believe they are smarter than the rest of us.
• They have no concept how Capitalism and the Free markets work. Even if they cared!
• They utilize defamation, pressure, intimidation, misinformation, misdirection, bribery, jealousy and other malicious tactics to achieve their goals.
• They prey upon the innocent and naïve with the promise of “Social Justice.”
• They are hypocrital in their actions. It is always “do as I say not as I do.”
• They will run over friend or foe to accomplish their agenda as the “ends always justify the means.”
• They believe in redistribution of wealth as it eliminates jealousy, makes people the same and easier to control.
• They attempt to divide the American people by race, gender and sexual preference.
• They believe in socialism/communism/totalitarianism, a one world order, and fundamentally transforming America!

Recent events by both the President and Big Labor exhibit striking parallels in the quest for control! They have the mindset of a dictator — they crave power! They have no respect for the law or our Constitution and will do whatever they feel necessary whether legally or morally acceptable to achieve their mutual goal of Total Control!

In March 2012 the blog Vetting Obama’s Political Tactics was published, it portrayed how President Obama and his labor buddies were engaging in Death by a Thousand Cuts tactics to fundamentally change America!  Here is an update on these continuing tactics today.  (Updates noted in RED)

1)   Obama: Create a “Buffet Rule”: Create class warfare to split and pit Americans against each other (see 11 Things Obama Didn’t Tell You about Tax Fairness Last Night). Press for tax hikes continues.  But see Tax hikes on the rich are no miracle cure.

Big Labor: Represent big business as placing corporate profits ahead of employee wages and benefits: Pit employees against the employer. Labor unions, particularly the SEIU, continue to do this especially with their “Fight for Fifteen” campaign. The truth, however, is that Union Bosses Use Fast-Food Workers For Personal Gain! 2)   Obama: Double the number of work study jobs for college students:  Capture the college student vote. Obama Administration pressing free College tuition for all people in an effort to capture more of the total American vote from parents, current college students down to potential students! Continue to overload the budget in a move towards U.S. economic collapse (see The Dream and Cost of Free College).

Big Labor: Incite workers to push for all full time jobs versus part time jobs: Capture the vote of young workers. Continue to push the “Fight For Fifteen” by brainwashing young people through false front Worker Centers when the real objective is to unionize the young, see Same Old SEIU and Same Tired Attacks.

3)   Obama: Publicize the need for a “fair” Immigration policy:  Gain the Hispanic vote. Implemented an immigration and refugee policy that will destroy the American economy and promote terrorism. 4)  Obama: Equal wages for women and paid contraception/abortions:  Capture the vote of women. President threatening to pass a law through Executive Order that forces employers to pay women and men in the same position the same pay!

Big Labor: Equal wages for all: Capture the vote of women. Agrees with the President and uses the same tactic because if everyone is paid the same and work at the same productivity rate they are easy to control. Long standing union tactic!

Big Labor: Control the use of and exposure to hazardous chemicals:  Capture and support from environmentalists and special interests. Continue to support the president as a means of attacking businesses for exposing employees to dangerous chemicals and environment as chronicled in The Devil at Our Doorstep!

6)  Obama: Obamacare – Health care paid for everyone: Capture all voters. 7)   Obama: Increased regulation on business, resulting in restrictive labor laws; greater employee input in business and lower productivity:  Capture all voters. Same agenda, as he understands — Control Business, Control the Country!

Big Labor: Restrictive work rules, seniority and limited discipline procedures resulting in reduced productivity, sameness and more employee power:  Capture all voters. Continues the same tactics!

Take from the “haves” and give to the “have not’s” to create one class reliant on Government: Capture the vote of the ever-growing number of those on government subsidies, reduce friction, create sheep and ensure compliance to government. Big Labor: Increased benefits/Reduced workloads to create one class reliant on Big Labor bosses:  Capture the vote of those without work ethics or ambition, reduce friction, create sheep and ensure compliance to Big Labor. Continues to support the President.

9)   Obama: Speeches claiming conservatives want dirty air and water:  Court the far left, environmentalist and liberal media to apply pressure. Continues the same rhetoric to divide the country.

Big Labor: Press and utilize OSHA complaints citing employer use of hazardous chemicals, equipment, and unhealthy work environment: Court the far left entities like “Jobs for Justice,” environmentalists and the liberal media. Continues to support the movement despite the President does not support the Keystone Pipeline, which would provide new union jobs!

11)  Obama: Misinterpret the facts, such as that employment figures are improving and unemployment is headed downward. Court the unemployed vote (see No Truth to January Job Gains). Continues in the same vein despite the fact wage growth is down, the economy is slowing and companies are laying people off.

Big Labor: Characterize employers as abusive and utilize means to place pressure through government reporting:  File massive numbers of “Unfair Labor Practices,” OSHA and DOL complaints:  Court the naïve, less uninformed and easily persuaded (see The Devil at Our Doorstep). Behind the Card Check legislation!

13)  Obama: Attack conservative supporters like Fox News in an attempt to persuade advertisers to drop Fox through the Persuasion of Power. Continues to attack FOX News and has liberal media attacking 2016 Presidential Candidates!

Big Labor: Picket and intimidate employers’ customers in an attempt to have customers fire the employer (see Persuasion of Power). Continues the same tired  tactics and use the Ambush Election law to their benefit!

In addition to the 15 points previously reviewed President has also added the following tactics, supported by his leftist buddies, in his quest to “fundamentally change America” — as he proclaimed in his first inaugural address.

• Forcing the Iran deal through by bypassing Congress. Thereby allowing a radical Islamic nation to have nuclear weapons, see With Iran deal, Obama makes bad history.

• Demanding gun laws and confiscation. • Supporting same sex and transgender relationships.

President Obama is utilizing these tactics as means of overwhelming the system which are essentially the same type tactics utilized by unions in an attempt to force union companies and their employees as chronicled in The Devil at Our Doorstep.  Hypocritically, they want all Americans to be politically correct but Political Correctness is Ruining America!

Are you feeling frustrated, disaffected or just plain angry at the Obama administration and the progressive left in general? That’s exactly how they want you to feel, according to award-winning journalist David Kupelian. “We’ve got to overcome anger because people don’t realize that not only does all this crazy stuff going on make them angry, which is understandable because [the left is] destroying the country, but causing the anger is strategic,” said Kupelian in a recent interview on “The Jesse Lee Peterson Radio Show.” “You are intended to become angry.” In his new book, “The Snapping of the American Mind,” Kupelian writes that stoking anger and resentment is a key tactic employed by the left.

Conservatives would argue President Obama has done a lot to drive Americans mad. For example, he has granted a path to citizenship to millions of illegal aliens. He has sided with protesters rather than police officers and has said he believes there should be a national vs Local police force! He has struck a nuclear deal with Iran. Then there’s Obamacare, marriage and abortion.

“What Obama has brought to the table is he has taken cans of gasoline and poured it all over this fire that has already been burning in our country, and he’s accelerating it,” Kupelian said. “He’s like an arsonist. He’s creating this conflagration” Kupelian is correct in his assessment as it is the centuries old tactics of Divide and Conquer. President Obama is intentionally attempting to destroy America and turn it into a socialistic/communistic state by using the methods described above. Also, President Obama and the Left is Angering Americans on Purpose, Says Author -Obama ‘Like an Arsonist,’ Fueling Americans’ Resentment. Even the Good Lord understands “Social Justice” and making everyone the same does not work or he would have created us all the same economically, physically, morally, spiritually and intellectually, He created all men equal in the eyes of God, but understood they must achieve and grow based on their own skills, hard work (despite the fact the MNBC announcer believes the term hard work is racial), discipline, morals and perseverance! Isn’t it interesting how the left never faults or use people as examples who support them that represent large income equality chasms like movie stars and pro athletes? The truth is despite their rhetoric they don’t care if people make or have much, they just want sameness as it is easy to control!

It is not about equality or social justice, but is about ultimate control. The narcissistic left believe they know better and need to control us! The truth is they have no idea how to succeed in a free market society/capitalistic society as demonstrated by the exact same tactics used by Big Labor bosses to force unionize people who are naïve and easily intimidated, because It’s All About the Dues Money! As a result they collectively want socialism/communism! The president has roughly 14 months left. It is time to stop the Great Pretender now before he and his cohorts achieve their goals of destroying America.

America it is Time for growth, not democratic socialism! All Americans need to quit being naïve, wake up and understand it is time to make America Great Again!

 

 

Card Check Close to Reality!

Over the past six months, and throughout the remainder of his term, President Obama will continue his agenda to Divide and Conquer the American people (see Obama NLRB pushes pro-labor agenda as administration winds down). One of his major weapons will be imposed by Card Check, which will allow his “buddies,” the big labor bosses, to force unionize businesses of all sizes across the country (see Card Check through Regulation vs. Legislation and Rogue NLRB). The net result will be major dollars through union dues being channeled to the President and his far left progressive supporters to gain political control of our country and fundamentally convert it to a socialistic/totalitarian regime (see It’s All About the Dues Money).

Three recent NLRB rulings have been highly favorable to labor and with a Pro-Union Proposed Bill by the far left, combined with recent introduction of reduced election time periods — as chronicled in the recent blog  Breaking News: The Ambush is Upon Us – it has placed President Obama and the union bosses in a position to Control Business, Control the Country! There is no doubt Card Check is one of the main objectives, and it is A Death Penalty for Employees and Employers. The intent of establishing Card Check  and other objectives of this President in his remaining 15 months was predicted in the prior blog (below), and shows his O-Cloward-Piven Strategy Is Working!

Unions Demand Payback: Card Check is back on the Table!

Last Tuesday’s re-election of President Barak Obama will allow him to continue his Rule by Fiat and to push his socialistic agenda. This, in turn, will rejuvenate Big Labor’s most coveted objective, “Card Check.” The President will continue his drive to circumvent Congress through the use of Executive Orders and regulatory actions, with a goal of destroying the free enterprise system and replacing it with a socialistic society. In fact, as mentioned in the blog “Biden the Bully,” don’t be surprised by an attempt to use Rule by Fiat to eliminate presidential term limits and secret ballot political elections to effectively establish a totalitarian government.

President Obama learned the tactic of controlling the populace though his buddies — Big Labor’s Gasping Dinosaurs — who began applying pressure on the President  the day before the election when it was proclaimed by AFL-CIO Big Labor Boss Trumpka said “You’ll See Card Check Within the Next Obama Term.” Card Check, which originated as a piece of favorable sounding legislation called the “Employee Free Choice Act” [a.k.a. EFCA], was never enacted through Congress. Despite its misleading title, EFCA had as its basic tenant the elimination of the secret ballot election as a means of allowing employees to determine if they want to be represented by a union.  Since that time, the President has attempted to enact EFCA Through the Backdoor in order to pay back his buddies for their support in the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Elections. The President’s method of choice, much like he has done with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Labor, is to achieve Card Check through Regulation vs. Legislation!  By this means, he can avoid having to receive Congressional authority altogether.

Make no mistake, the President clearly understands the philosophy Control Business, Control the Country! He understands Card Check is A Death Penalty for Employees and Employers,  and also that it is a means of  cementing the  support of the Gasping Dinosaurs. In fact, immediately after the election it was reported, but not widely publicized by the fawning mainstream media, the TSA Grabs Union Contract. This, along with Trumpka’s declaration about the reelection of President Obama, spells doom for American business and the America economy.

Along with increased E.P.A regulations (see attached Obama-EPA Plans for 2013), increased banking regulations and other regulatory controls,  Card Check, which uses the Persuasion of Power  to indoctrinate and force employees and employers to capitulate (as chronicled in The Devil at Our Doorstep), portends a financial meltdown that could result in the destruction of the American economy as espoused by Cloward and Piven as a means of collapsing the government (see Overwhelming the System). Interestingly enough, the cornerstone of Cloward and Pivens’ plan was “Universal Healthcare,” which now most likely will come to fruition with Obama’s re-election. Already we are seeing tremendous drops in the stock market and employers’ warnings of impending layoffs and/or reduction of employees to part time to pay for or avoid the cost of Obamacare (see Good Morning America, Here’s Those Layoffs you voted for Last Night).

Evidence of Big Labor’s renewed confidence was on display just this week as Labor Leaders Heading to the White House to put on a full court press promoting tax hikes for wealthy Americans, and rallying to keep a strong “safety net” intact for low income families, opposing any cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security benefits or shifting costs to the states, no matter the impact on the imminent fiscal cliff. Big Labor will also pressure the White House on other heated issues, primarily hiring teachers and getting the government to focus on “internal job growth,” which equates to spending on infrastructure projects, building roads and bridges.

Imagine the long-term consequences on unemployment numbers and the overall economy! If people use common sense and are honest with themselves, they will realize this is the exact result the President and his Gasping Dinosaurs desire. It is much easier to control people when they are all the same and beholding to the hand that feeds them! It is time for all Americans to wake up and realize The Taking of American Freedoms is this Administration’s and its supporters’ ultimate goal! Be Afraid. Be Very Afraid  America, We are at War! Armageddon is at Hand! Please Wake up!

The question all Americans need to ask and address is Do Labor Unions Carry Too Much Political Clout? Political Correctness is Ruining America!

Many Americans are posing the question “Is America Too PC?” The easy answer is, absolutely. The more important answer, however, is much more complex. Do we want all people to be treated fairly and provided equal opportunity regardless of their background and personal preferences and beliefs? Absolutely. Do we want America to be the land of opportunity for all? Absolutely. Do we want all legal Americans to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, as stated in The Declaration of Independence? Absolutely. Do we want people who desire to bring down the greatest country the world has ever known, a country that has provide more opportunity for people and advanced civilization and the standard of living more than any other country in the history of the world to use “political correctness” to destroy it? Absolutely not!

Unfortunately, that is the intent of those who are pushing “political correctness” on the rest. There are many intelligent people who know better, but they go along with the scam because, in their short-sidedness they are afraid that opposing “political correctness” will ruin their political or business careers! They fail to understand that their failure to oppose this agenda will ultimately lead to the destruction of this great capitalistic/free market society. Such destruction is the ultimate goal of the sinister people behind “political correctness” — to destroy this country as we know it and replace it with totalitarianism and socialism! This intent is directly contradictory to the Declaration of Independence, which professed: “The Declaration of Independence would declare that government existed primarily to support a conception of limited government.”

America needs to wake up and understand that the intent of President Obama, the Obama Administration, far left progressives like George Soros and Maurice Strong, the SEIU, and other progressive unions, environmentalists, and even “higher” education institutions (see College Professors Threaten Bad Grades for Saying These ‘Hateful’ Words and University tells staff and students to stop using ‘he’ and ‘she’) is the establishment of a one world government! To enforce this agenda, the Administration uses social justice and policy initiatives like the SEIU’s “Fight for Fifteen,” the Ferguson and Baltimore riots, and the “ Black Lives Matter” campaign to provide President Obama with the bully pulpit to promote racial division, gun control, social justice, income inequality, open borders and ultimately financial collapse. Simply put, America please Wake-Up and Connect the Dots… Obama Wants Us to Sign a Neutrality Agreement!! While complex in its execution, the concept is really very simple: control the speech, then control the thoughts, you then control the people…! Very simply put Divide and Conquer!
Presidential candidate Ben Carson is aware of this threat and these tactics, as stated in his latest e-mail blast:

Fellow Conservative, The “war on women.” “Black lives matter. “The 99 percent” versus “the 1 percent. These are the phrases of the purveyors of division, who seek every day to pit one group of Americans against the other. In the meantime, no real problems are being solved.

During all my years as a brain surgeon, I would operate on what makes people who they are. It’s not their gender, their skin color, or their income bracket. I’m running for President because I believe our strength is in our unity, and we need to take a sharp turn away from this nonsense.

Obviously, Dr. Carson is an extremely intelligent and talented man, who is a strong candidate and who would make a fine President. He understands the tactics of “political correctness” utilized by the current Administration and the far left to achieve their goal — to Divide and Conquer America!

“Political correctness” is no more than a weapon being utilized to destroy the greatest country in the history of the world! All Americans need to realize it is worth the time to Identify The Devil at Our Doorstep who is intent on The Taking of American Freedoms! America, we are at War! Armageddon is at Hand! Please Wake up!

Trump and the DREAM Act, the Truth behind the Nightmare

Donald Trump, in his very plain, outspoken, no holds barred way, has exposed the failures of the American President, as well as the lack of backbone displayed by the current Republican majority due to their failure to expose and reverse the President’s programs that are having a devastating effect on our nation’s economy, security and exceptionalism! Mr. Trump has addressed making America great again through the rebuilding our military to the point no one dares challenges America, through revitalizing our country through common sense business incentives, debt reduction and tax programs, and through reestablishing our moral values. Mr. Trump also realizes in order to achieve these goals we must Always Play On Offense which keeps the current GOP establishment still troubled by Trump!

As succinctly portrayed in Paul Hollrah’ s recent article, A Watershed Moment In U.S. History, America is far too politically correct in its approach to solving this great nations problems. Mr. Trump has demonstrated that it is time for Republicans to Go On the Offensive and deal with racial discord, immigration reform and the threat of radical Islam without fear of being labeled politically incorrect! It is time for our elected leaders to show some backbone as Trump has, (see Trump’s Battle With One Of America’s Most Powerful Men Just Escalated To New Heights) and to do what is right for America if we as a country are to reverse The Decline of American Exceptionalism!

The following is a quote from a Canadian gentleman articulating the common theme of people from across the world fearing the down fall of America!

Sir:  This morning I heard something, during a TV news broadcast, that really caught my attention.
A gentleman, Australian, who is in the process of “going through the front door” to become an American citizen made mention of his mother country’s current stand on illegal immigrants.

Since making it law, that no one who enters Australia illegally will ever be granted citizenship, the inflow of “illegals” has dropped to zero!  The majority of Australians are very pleased (with this law) because it is working.
This is bold and brave step by our cousins “down under” and one that we would like to see our government adopt (regardless of the howls coming from the “bleeding hearts” crowd, and possible opprobrium’s from the UN.)

Our friends, south of the 49th, have a very serious problem with “illegals” (or “undocumented”  in the parlance of the president).  They would do well to consider Australia’s position in this matter but there is no hope of this happening until the White House administration changes.  In the meantime the president is rushing to grant amnesty to about five million “illegals”, an act that many consider contrary to the Constitution.  I don’t believe that he is finished.  He is making good use of his pen and telephone and, has 1.5 years left on his mandate, and so far, appears unstoppable.

Thankfully our form of democracy differs from the US  The closest we came to having a monarch run things was when Pierre Trudeau, followed by Jean Chretien, were in power.

What this astute Canadian gentlemen is shouting is “America please Wake-Up and Connect the Dots… Obama Wants Us to Sign a Neutrality Agreement!” President Obama’s Executive Amnesty order threatens to destroy the greatest nation in the history of the world, the United States of America. In my December 2010 blog DREAM Act (shown below), I criticized the majority Republican Congress for failing to stand up to the President’s agenda during a time when he was pressing the DREAM Act through, despite clear opposition from the majority of Americans. Today, the President is pressing his Executive Order granting amnesty to illegal aliens while Republicans sit idly by. At the time, the President had a Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate, but not in the U.S. House. That majority was lost following the November 4, 2014 Election, and as a result, 9 seats in the Senate move to the Republican Party. Republicans control both Houses of Congress. Despite an obvious mandate from the American public, the Republican Party seems afraid to confront the bully on his unilateral action on immigration. Why? Mainly so it doesn’t lose the Hispanic vote. In fact, this present an opportunity for Republicans to increase support among Hispanic voters. Paul Hollrah agrees, having stated: “I have been saying for many years… nearly fifty years… that conservatives and Republicans can wage a successful campaign for the votes of blue collar workers, blacks, and Hispanics right on their own turf.”

“Ironically, America is in the same position it was four years ago and the Republican Party has the upper hand, but seems reluctant to use it despite the mandate (see 40% Approve of Obama’s Immigration Plan) when all it has to do is do the right thing, appeal and talk to all segments of the population on their turf and expose the Obama Administration’s true agenda of purely pandering for votes! Interestingly, even the labor bosses are being very quiet about the President’s amnesty order. They must have come to the realization that such a path is not good for America, or for the American worker!

In addition, President Obama is utilizing the tried and true labor boss tactic of misdirection to take Americans’ “eyes off the ball” regarding his Amnesty Order, and instead, he has been directing attention to the recent events in Ferguson and New York City (see Racism is “Deeply Rooted” in U.S. Society). The SEIU used this same type of misdirection at every step in their campaign against my company in order to keep people misinformed of their true objective of forced unionism. In this case the President’s true agenda is open borders to secure future election votes for the Democratic Party! However, the following provides a clear path for the Republican Party to overcome these tactics, defeat Obama’s Amnesty Order and secure American lives, wages and jobs (see Now Or Later: Why Not Wait to Fight Over Amnesty, Ebola Strategy Revealed and Open Borders Costing American Jobs and Depressing Wages).

Governor Walker Announces!

Much to the pleasure of many Americans and the chagrin of union leaders across the country, Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin finally announced his long awaited Republican candidacy for President of the Unites States! Despite the fact Governor Walker does not have a college diploma – a fact exploited by the liberal press — he is a well-spoken, intelligent and caring man that has the innate ability to speak with people of various economic, ethnic, religious, and political backgrounds, and to unite them in a common cause to make life better for all Americans.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Governor Walker and hearing him speak. Unlike some, he is very personable and when he speaks he does not need sheets of notes in front of him nor a teleprompter. He uses his hands and eyes to embrace the people to whom he is speaking and to make them feel comfortable with his style and message. Additionally, he is comfortable meeting and speaking with people on their own “turf” — whether it be in their neighborhood, their church, or another setting that is comfortable for his audience. His approach is one of honesty and compassion. Governor Walker has used this amicable style to win his first Governor’s election, a recall election orchestrated by big labor the following year, and a second term election in 2014!

Governor Scott Walker understands he has to be seen as a “President of the People” and his campaign style and governing/management abilities show he can excel in these roles, not only by winning re-elections, but taking Wisconsin from a highly indebted, union-controlled state to a debt free, citizen emboldened state. He did this by freeing the citizens from union shackles (see The Decline and Fall of Wis. Unions) and enacting policies that are good for the people and that provide them freedom of choice. However, I felt that the blog best highlighting Governor Walker as the top Republican candidate for President is Lessons from the Wisconsin Recall. The blog, refreshed below, examines Walker’s techniques and beliefs, which are much like those utilized to defeat the SEIU as chronicled in The Devil at Our Doorstep!

Big Labor took a roundhouse to the chin despite the millions of dollars in member dues spent in an attempt to recall Governor Walker. Conservatives and practical-minded Americans, however, cannot become complacent with this victory. Big Labor showed how desperate it was in orchestrating the offensive recall. Big Labor thumbed its nose at the citizens of Wisconsin and America because it could not win the first election legitimately. In doing so, it resorted to its campaign of misinformation, coercion, propaganda and intimidation to bully its way to victory. Thankfully, Americans are waking up and drawing a line in the sand with Big Labor and all who endorse or utilize these type tactics. Tactics which are uncalled for in modern America!

Interestingly, nearly a third of union members who cast votes in the recall election did so for Governor Walker as did 48 % of voters who live with union members. Additionally, teachers in Wisconsin have been showing their disdain for union tactics as polls of active teachers show that Wisconsin’s teachers positive view of the teachers unions have declined from 58% to 43% and the percentage of teachers with negative views of the unions doubled from 16% to 32%. Furthermore, the fact Wisconsin Unions Saw Ranks Drop Ahead of Recall Vote is another indicator the rank and file members continue to question Big Labor policies and voted ahead of time with their feet! Wisconsin membership in AFSCME fell from 62,818 to 28,745 over the past year. Apparently they don’t like their union dues and their union credit card fees (see Big Labor: Credit Card Profiteers) and interest utilized for political purposes, especially an unnecessary recall election.

Ultimately, What Wisconsin Means is that there is clearly opportunity for a major conservative victory in November. However, a few critical lessons must be remembered and implemented.

1.) It is the economy and we are not stupid! Fiscal Responsibility Trumped Union Power in Wisconsin. Fiscal responsibility must be trumpeted nationwide.

2.) Complacency will end in defeat. Big Labors’ Gasping Dinosaur’s are headed toward extinction. Remember, desperate people do desperate things. Expect a down and dirty fight to the finish, which must be countered with professionalism, character and ethics.

3.) The Conservatives and Tea Party countered the union foot soldiers with an effective ground game. Now it must be done nationwide.

4.) Don’t be afraid to expose the misinformation, propaganda, and coercion for what it is, and counter with common sense and the truth! The majority of people will wake up and understand.

5.) Don’t buckle to the intimidation tactics. Look the bully in the eye and smile.

6.) Don’t be afraid to expose the opposition’s agenda, socialism through the catch phrase “Social Justice”.

7.) Don’t be afraid to expose the truth about the opponents past affiliations. A person or entity’s past affiliations speak volumes.

8.) Take the offensive. The best defense is a strong offense.

9.) Use the unions/democrats misuse of members’ dues against them.

10.) Don’t buy into the ruse that the “Citizens United” case created an unfair playing field for republicans. Expose the fact that it merely evened a playing field that Big Labor had been exploiting for years at the expense of membership dues.

These lessons must be learned and implemented if The Decline of American Exceptionalism is to be reversed in November 2016! Listen closely to Governor Walker, as it is truly worth the time! We must Identify the “Devils” at Our Doorstep who are intent on Taking American Freedoms! America, we are at War! Armageddon is at Hand! Please Wake up and support the man who has the backbone to reclaim America’s greatness, Scott Walker!

The Evolution of The Devil at Our Doorstep

In October 2013, I published a blog about my second year college basketball coach, a coach who ultimately served as the impetus for my leaving Wabash College. Prior to being hired as head basketball coach, he was a janitor at a college in Pennsylvania, as confirmed in the following article Twilight on the Wabash. Such an ironic title, as Snowy’s hiring turned out to be my twilight on the Wabash!

Recently, I had the pleasure of re-uniting with Rusty Nichols, the coach that initially recruited me to Wabash, and whose departure was ultimately the catalyst for Snowy being hired. Rusty visited and toured our facilities, followed by lunch, during which time I related how his departure from coaching after my first year at Wabash triggered a series of events that changed my life and career path as described in the The Destiny of The Devil at Our Doorstep. Rusty was incredulous by what had transpired, but was complimentary of the path taken and the accomplishments achieved. He agreed it is a story that America needs to know and that The Devil at Our Doorstep: The Movie would be appropriate. Now, as the story goes…

As a pragmatic businessman I have never believed in coincidences. As a religious person who believes in God I have always believed each of us are placed on this earth for a purpose. An event occurred this past week that solidified my belief in both.

At the engagement party of a friend’s daughter, I happened to meet a former local sports writer for the Indianapolis Star newspaper. As we were conversing, I mentioned to him that I played basketball in high school and went to Wabash College on a basketball/academic scholarship and transferred after my second year. The coach who recruited me left after the first year and I was dissatisfied with his replacement after playing for him for one year. Consequently, I went back to the school that was my second choice and ask them if they would still honor the scholarship they had initially offered. The school, Tri-State University, agreed.

Unfortunately, due to the transfer, I had to change my major to pre-med as Tri-State did not offer degrees in education. In essence, I went from preparing to be a teacher and a coach — my life’s dream — to preparing for life as a doctor at the advice of my counselor. I received a B.S in Biology and went to Ball State University where I received a Masters Degree in Micro Biology. I applied for Indiana Medical School and was place third on the waiting list due to the fact my grades at Wabash my first semester were just average. I subsequently went to work for Central Soya Company headquartered in my home town of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I started in its experimental feed mill and eventually became a plant turn around specialist. I was able to accomplish this through creating a team atmosphere and treating employees fairly. Interestingly enough they were all union facilities! I held this position for about eight years, and the position required several transfers around the country. When I ended up back in Indianapolis, Indiana, I decided to reject the next request to move yet again, and to leave the company. I eventually become the Indiana General Manager for a regional janitorial company, a position I held for three and a half years before I left to start my own company.

Upon relaying my story to the writer, he mentioned that he knew the coach Wabash had hired, and understood why I decided to leave. He then mentioned that this coach’s background was kind of unclear. Being the inquisitive person I am, the next day I did a search for this coach on the internet to learn more about his background. To my surprise when I found his information I learned more about my destiny than I did his. Prior to being hired as the varsity basketball coach at Wabash he was a janitor for a college in Pennsylvania!

How ironic is it that a man who became my coach and influenced my decision to transfer from one college to another, and in the process forced a change of my major from being a teacher to a doctor, was a janitor! A profession I migrated to as General Manager for a regional janitorial company and a position I would assume myself when I left and started EMS in 1989 where my first account was my insurance agents 5,000 square foot office, which I cleaned myself! EMS grew from that small account to a national company that today provides services in 36 states. We have constantly strived to stand as company that does the right things for it employees and its customers.

Ultimately, due to our growth, we attracted the attention of the SEIU who attempted to force unionize EMS employees as well as other employees of janitorial companies throughout the Midwest with its patented Death by a Thousand Cuts and Corporate Campaign tactics. Tactics designed to force me to sign a Neutrality Agreement, which would have eliminated my employees rights through a secret ballot election to determine if they wanted to be represented by the SEIU, and instead allow the SEIU to use the intimidation tactics of Card Check to force unionize them.

As a religious man and a firm believer in American freedoms I could not morally give up my employees’ rights and allow this to happen. My company and I fought a 4-year war with the SEIU to preserve our employees rights and defeated them! Subsequently I wrote the two books, The Devil at My Doorstep and The Devil at Our Doorstep, which have been instrumental in the passage of “right to work” laws in Indiana and Michigan, and have provided hope and support for employees across the country in extricating themselves from big labor abuse. In fact, my first book “The Devil at My Doorstep” Was Recently Introduced to the Supreme Court  in defense of an employee who was subjected to the awful intimidation tactics of a Corporate Campaign.

I sincerely believe all of us are placed on earth by our creator for a purpose. Some destinies are more subtle than others, however it appears mine through divine intervention, was to expose the atrocities of big labor’s Gasping Dinosaurs and help preserve American freedoms! Ironically this was preordained years ago through my Lord and Savior’s message delivered through a coach, I mean a janitor! The lord in his infinite wisdom recognized years ago the course of history would have to be changed, and The Devil at Our Doorstep revealed. Simply put, without a new coach (janitor), there would have been no college change or career change, and in turn, no EMS janitorial company, no SEIU attack, and most importantly, no win for employee rights! Ironically he used a janitor to begin the chain of events to allow me the opportunity to expose big labor’s agenda and start a movement to protect employee rights!

California Sinking?

For decades California has been under political and financial siege by labor unions partnering with state politicians to press their political agendas. The poor financial condition of the state of California is indicative of the symbiotic relationship of labor and politics which serves to benefit each other to the detriment of its citizens (see Symbiotic Relationship that Short Changes Americans). Despite the fact that many Californians recognize that big labor represents an oppressive cost which is destroying the state, they are currently fighting a losing battle and it continues to get progressively worse (see Big Labor Racket Being Exposed and The elephant in the political spending room). Recently, union members themselves became concerned of Big Labor’s agenda and began mounting a push back (see Push Back Against Big Labor’s Agenda).
In June 2014, Mariam Noujaim — whose fight against union corruption is documented in The Devil at Our Doorstep — and her fellow SEIU Local 1000 members ran a campaign to have members’ dues reduced by the amount the SEIU used for political purposes. Overcoming tremendous odds, they won a major victory as almost 50% of the members had their dues reduced by nearly 50% (see Rank and File Union Membership Post Victories). However, Mariam and her partners continue to believe that the SEIU’s use of dues money is tied to its political ambitions. They are once again mounting a campaign to get the rest of Local 1000 members to sign up and reduce the SEIU’s political money reserves. The SEIU is seeking out new allies to press its political agenda in California. They are now reaching out to Republican politicians to do their dirty work. In an excellent recently published blog, Unionization of the Republican GOP Part 1 & 2, talk show host Elise Richmond exposed the fact that unions, especially the SEIU, are making significant political contributions to the California Republican Party to elect or re-elect Republican candidates and, in turn, expect laws passed favorable to forced unionization or lucrative public collective bargaining agreements. Case in point:

“Republican Assemblyman Chad Mayes broke with his caucus on a union-supported bill. On March 24, he voted in favor of Assembly Bill 211, which puts the collective bargaining rights of all in-home support service workers — those who treat the blind, elderly and disabled where they live — into the hands of a statewide authority starting in 2016.”

In summary, California Assembly Bill 211 will allow forced unionization of home healthcare workers by making them state employees and thereby becoming subject to the unionization efforts of the SEIU. Reeling from loss of home healthcare workers in Illinois due to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) ruling in Harris vs. Quinn, the SEIU is attempting to rebound in California. In Harris v. Quinn, the SCOTUS handed down a narrow ruling that home healthcare workers could not be forced to pay union dues. The ruling stopped short of declaring that no public employees should be forced to be part of the union or pay union affiliation/representation fees by being designated as state employees as is the thrust of Assembly Bill 211.
The obvious question is: “Why would Republican politicians in California — and for that matter across the country — accept political contributions from the unions and support such legislation?” The answer is that unions are using the signature SEIU’s Death by a Thousand Cuts Corporate Campaign used against business owners to allow forced unionization of their employees to intimidate republican politicians into supporting their agendas! Most business owners found it much easier to capitulate than to suffer the persecution and intimidation tactics of the unions and their foot soldiers. It is not surprising then that politicians are falling onto the same trap. “Trap” is the correct word, because this is all about control and turning America into a Socialistic totalitarian run country by the labor bosses and their friend in the White House (see Wake-Up and Connect the Dots… Obama Wants Us to Sign a Neutrality Agreement!). Truly, It is Time for Republicans to Go On the Offensive. Americans need to be educated, and ultimately find the intestinal fortitude to expose Union Hypocrisy, and to stand up and punch the bullies in the nose in order to Restore America’s Prosperity before all is lost! The question Californians and ultimately all Americans must ask is Do They Think We Are Idiots? Is California, and ultimately America, sinking? Unfortunately, the answer is yes, and we must realize The Taking of American Freedoms are at hand. We are at War! Armageddon is Here! Please Wake Up!

Union Hypocrisy

It is truly unfortunate that labor unions, once a true force for protecting employee rights — as described succinctly in The Devil at Our Doorstep — have become nothing more than Gasping Dinosaurs, bent on avoiding extinction at the cost of the very members they are supposed to protect (further illustrated in Big Labor Conundrum). The preponderance of this dilemma is big labor bosses’ objective of increasing membership growth (see US Union Membership Sinking, Except for Managers: Pew Study) to pad their own pockets and press their political agendas. This is not not based on social justice as they would attempt to have you believe, but rather the fundamental transformation of the United States of America to a socialistic/communist country because It’s All About Control! In fact, big labor hypocrisy has once again been brought to light on several fronts this past week, and is simply continuing the philosophy of “do as I say and not as I do.”

First, the UAW who has been unsuccessful in forced unionism tactics at the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee (see UAW fails (for now) to strip VW employees of secret-ballot election) has truly shown its colors in Alabama, as witnessed by the fact Frustrated Alabama Workers Just Can’t Get Rid Of Their Union and that Johnson Controls employees in Florence withdraw from union. The following quote sums up the UAW hypocrisy, and the hypocrisy of the current Administration, who are bedfellows through political contributions and political paybacks. This has been further illustrated by the President’s use of the Rogue NLRB to further protect big labors objective of growth through intimidation and forced unionization.

Mark Mix, president of the National Right to Work Foundation, said in a statement Thursday.

“The [National Labor Relations Board] NLRB has stacked the deck against workers seeking to remove unwanted unions, allowing union officials to throw out results that don’t go their way and hold onto power.”

“The group, which offers free legal assistance to workers struggling with their union, has been helping to represents Ginger Estes, the NTN-Bower employee who filed for the original decertification election to remove the United Auto Workers.”

“Ginger Estes’ saga highlights an ugly double standard in federal labor law,” continued Mix. “While the activist Obama NLRB makes it easier to organize workplaces by enacting new ‘ambush election’ rules to get unions certified, union lawyers are allowed to game the system by blocking or overturning workers’ votes against unwanted unions.”

So what have the UAW Gasping Dinosaurs come up with as their solution? More of the “do as I say, not as I do” hypocrisy by advocating lower tiered union wage scales so they can induce companies to hire more employees that they can unionize as seen in the Report: UAW and Detroit carmakers eyeing 3rd wage tier to pump up UAW membership. What happened to social justice and elevating the middle class?What happened to the “Fight for Fifteen” minimum wage? More Union Hypocrisy (see Union Bosses Use Fast-Food Workers For Personal Gain)!

Meanwhile The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) unlawfully attempted to have one of its members fired from their job because the employee was responsible for the unions decertification (see AFSCME Chapter Unlawfully Tried to Cause Employee Firing During Decertification). Obviously, AFSCME was more concerned about maintaining the union’s dues collection than protecting employee rights and being a true representative of employee concerns. Ironically, this comes from a government employee union who has the advantage in securing forced union membership of government employees. One would think AFSCME would concentrate on member concerns to stave off decertification rather than padding its own pockets!

Finally, the Same Old SEIU was at it again as it was truly caught in a “do as I say, not as I do” moment by none other than another union the UAW! Unions have always pontificated that they should never utilize nonunion vendors. Evidently the SEIU is feeling the pinch of declining membership and the reduced union dues forced upon them by last year’s NGO vote (see California SEIU Members Score Multiple Victories Over “SEIU 1%”). The distressed SEIU Local 1000 in California recently had election ballots printed by a non-union shop, but had the printer place the UAW’s logo on the ballots to make it appear it was a union print shop. The UAW immediately called out the SEIU and threatened a lawsuit unless the SEIU agrees to the terms in the following letter, which included a $100,000 payment to the UAW for unlawful use of its UAW logo bug – Union Label Cease and Desist.

It is woefully apparent that big labor is not concerned about its membership, but that It’s All About the Dues Money! for their own purposes and political agendas. They are supported by the current administration at the cost of American jobs, lower wages and a flagging economy as described in Breaking News: The Ambush is Upon Us which is picking up steam as chronicled in Ambush election update: 40 percent reduction in campaign time, almost 100 percent more petitions. When Will Congress and the Main Stream Media Wake Up and put and realize with the unions, It’s All About Perception! We need to put an immediate stop to this travesty before it is too late! Wake-Up and Connect the Dots… Obama Wants Us to Sign a Neutrality Agreement with his big labor buddies. It is imperative for Americans to watch what this Administration and its big labor allies are doing and not just listen to what they are saying! 

It’s All About Perception!

Recently, the “Fight for Fifteen” demonstrations at McDonald’s and Wal-Mart stores across the country have sparked empathy in the news coverage by the main stream media. The liberal coverage of these outlets portrays employees as being taken advantage of and in need of increased wages and benefits. As with most things in life, it is prudent to do the research to make sure we have all the facts, and that they are presented honestly and concisely. It is imperative we don’t rely on our political leanings and that we not have the proverbial “wool pulled over our eyes.” Every American, should re-check the position or “window” from which they the view things, as succinctly demonstrated in the following.

The Window from Which We Look
A young couple moves into a new neighborhood.
The next morning while they are eating breakfast, the young woman sees her neighbor hanging the wash outside.
”That laundry is not very clean”, she said. “She doesn’t know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better laundry soap.”
 Her husband looked on, but remained silent.

 Every time her neighbor would hang her wash to dry, the young woman would make the same comments.


About one month later, the woman was surprised to see a
 nice clean wash on the line and said to her husband,”Look, she has learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this.”

 The husband said, “I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows.”



And so it is with life. What we see when watching others it depends on the purity of the window through which we look! 

“Fight for Fifteen” and the so called “Work Centers” that are championing this cause — providing their own version of training and assistance — are nothing more than union fronts where Union Bosses Use Fast-Food Workers For Personal Gain. Unions are pouring millions of dollars into these “Work Centers” as a method of unionizing the fast food workers across America! It is unfortunate and despicable that The SEIU’s Support for Wage Hikes are based on Self Interests and that these Protest Organizers Pay Consulting Fees, however, even more astonishing is that the SEIU has funneled $15 million into the Fight for $15 campaign! This sleight of hand by the SEIU and other unions demands that we check the purity of the window from which we view the true intentions of these unions and this Administration. Even some of the union members are cleaning windows as demonstrated in Union Members Are Getting Tired of the Anti-Walmart Campaigns.

Essentially, these worker centers are union branches. Labor Unions are organized as 501(c)(5) entities, and as 501(c)(5) entities they cannot receive tax-deductible contributions. However, many Worker Centers are organized as 501(c)(3) charities, which means they can receive tax-deductible donations and they are not accountable to the workers they claim to represent.

In other words, they are conduits for labor unions in disguise. They provide the labor unions with benefits which they could not otherwise independently receive. Labor unions are a dying breed, they are nothing more than Gasping Dinosaurs trying to avoid extinction, and the worker centers are proof!

Another benefit to the “Fight for Fifteen” demonstrations is that they serve to Deflect Attention from the Rogue NLRB and its attempt to establish Card Check through Regulation vs. Legislation with the new ambush election law, designed by this Administration to allow unions to rapidly force unionize employees and employers across the country, further described in Reprise: Beware the Ambush! It is nothing more than a payback to the union bosses for political contributions and votes!

The bottom line is, while America’s top labor union bosses raked in millions in 2014 for their own pockets and to press their political agendas, it has become apparent that Millennials don’t want to join unions! They are waking up to the fact that Labor Unions’ True Motivation comes from the Dues Money. Union bosses want to line their own pockets and promote their political agendas! Subsequently, union bosses are waking up to Why 78 Million Millennials Are Choosing Non-Union Jobs and are desperate to invent ways to force unionize them in order to survive, which is what the “Fight for Fifteen” is truly all about!

It is time for all Americans to wake up and see big labor’s intentions through a crystal clear window and not through distorted, long held political viewpoints or beliefs. Big labor and its claims are all about perception not reality! They could care less about these employees! Breaking News: The Ambush is Upon Us

On March 31, 2015, President Obama vetoed the Congressional Bill that would have reversed the Rogue NLRB’s Ambush Election Rule.

Unbelievably, and likely in support of unions, this was not reported on national media yesterday. This could create havoc for businesses, who will be unprepared for the mass onslaught of unionization when this rule goes into effect on April 14, 2015. Businesses need to prepare now! You can be sure that unions are already staking out non-union businesses and employees across the nation. When the clock strikes midnight on April 14, 2015, you can expect to see mass union election petitions all across the country!

This information was confirmed by the Labor Legislative Aid to a prominent Member of Congress in the following statement:

President Obama vetoed S.J.Res. 8 this morning.  Considering that the measure originally passed on party lines, it is highly unlikely that Congress will have the votes to override the President’s veto.

This is an urgent request that all Americans call their  Senate Representatives and demand they override the veto! Democrats and Republicans alike must work to fight the Ambush Election Rule in order to save employees across the country from threats, intimidation, and ultimately forced unionization!
