Reprise: Beware the Ambush

The following is a previously published blog, in which I encouraged the Republican Party to take action against the Rogue NLRB and its “Ambush Election” rule making, stating: “It is Time for Republicans to Go On the Offensive, expose this President’s Divide and Conquer agenda and The Taking of American Freedoms.” I am happy to report that they listened to this advice!

The U.S. Senate HELP Committee recently contacted me about my experience with labor elections and my insight about how this ruling would harm businesses and employees across the country. This week, the points expressed in my original blog and documented in The Devil at Our Doorstep will be debated and voted upon, as reported in recent headlines “Republican-Controlled Congress to Vote to Repeal NLRB Rule.” Additionally, in a show of support the US Chamber Asks Judge To Nix NLRB’s Election Rule. Hopefully, Senate Democrats will stand behind movement, recognize the injustice, and provide enough votes to override an expected Presidential veto.
Please read below and consider contacting your Congressional Representatives and encourage them to repeal this onerous rule making by the Rogue NLRB.

Employees and employers across the country need to be wary of the forced union ambush being promulgated by President Obama and his big labor “Gasping Dinosaurs” and the radicals the President has appointed at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The President is utilizing Rule by Fiat to fundamentally transform America as he promised when he was first elected, while also paying back his political supporters. His motives are blatantly evident as seen by his recent actions following the November elections to provide amnesty for illegal aliens (to eliminate racial injustice) and now through his radical pro-union appointees to the NLRB pushing quickly for a “card check” style system (see Card Check through Regulation vs. Legislation and Reprise: DREAM Act, the Truth behind the Nightmare), Racism is “Deeply Rooted” in U.S. Society and SEIU Calls for review of Police Policies in Local Communities and Senate Dems Confirm NLRB Nominee before GOP Take Over.

NLRB Flexes Muscles” was definitely the theme this past week as the NLRB published its final rule making on “ambush elections,” and effectively reduced election periods from 41 to 21 days or potentially less (see Ambush, NLRB boosts unions’ organizing leverage, Elections, NLRB Issues its Ambush Election Rule, NLRB Representation Case Procedures Fact Sheet, Quickie Gifts to Big Labor, and NAM CEO Speaks Out ON NLRB Ruling). Even more damaging to both employees’ and employers’ rights and privacy is the fact that, in its rule making, the NLRB stated that employers must provide the names, e-mail addresses, home addresses and phone numbers of its employees to facilitate the “Quickie Elections“. As described in The Devil at Our Doorstep, the current 41 day pre-election period is necessary, as employees are often coerced, intimidated and lied to by the organizers representing the labor unions. Often they are misled to believe that once they sign a union election card they must vote for the union when they go to the polls! While absolutely false, such conduct has been well established by the NLRB to be completely acceptable.

Unless the employer’s management team is well-versed on labor law and well-prepared to contradict these misrepresentations, their employees would never know the truth. The Quickie Elections rule making makes it virtually impossible for an employer to have the opportunity to refute the union’s misinformation and propaganda, particularly if the employer has not been faced with such organizing efforts in the past. In my own experience, if I would not have had the opportunity to meet and speak with our employees on several occasions — which would not be possible under the new ruling — they would have gone to the polls believing they had to vote for the union, despite the fact they had been intimidated into signing election cards.

As if that wasn’t enough, the NLRB boosts unions’ organizing leverage by allowing employees and union organizers access to employers e-mail systems so they can coerce, misinform, intimidate and misrepresent the truth about what is transpiring, and ignore big labor’s true goal, that It’s All About the Dues Money. In effect, what is happening is a rapid move towards “Card Check,” effectively allowing a union to force unionize an employer’s workforce behind the scenes virtually overnight.

These Quickie Gifts to Big Labor by the NLRB are A Death Penalty for Employees and Employers! They provide labor organizers great leverage to force employers to sign a Neutrality Agreement. This agreement is big labor’s current means of eliminating the secret ballot election by utilizing Death by a Thousand Cuts corporate campaigns to intimidate employers into signing it and achieving Card Check.

These actions are nothing more than political pay back by this Administration to the big labor bosses at the expense of the American people and the American economy. It is Time to Defund the Rogue NLRB and Congress Must Rein in the NLRB commentary. It is Time for Republicans to Go On the Offensive, expose this President’s Divide and Conquer agenda and The Taking of American Freedoms. It is truly time for all Americans to find intestinal fortitude and stand up and punch the bullies in the nose to Restore America’s Prosperity before all is lost! Beware the ambush, America, We are at War! Armageddon is at Hand! Please Wake Up!

Same Old SEIU

Times have changed, but the SEIU’s motives, and the means and tactics used to accomplish these motives — as documented in The Devil at Our Doorstep — remain the same. The SEIU’s ultimate goal is to achieve its agenda of destroying America’s Free Enterprise system and replacing it with socialism/communism. As seen in recent actions across the country, it is apparent the SEIU is still intent on fundamentally changing America, as is its cohort in the White House, President Obama (see Communism at the Highest Levels). The President continues to create a welfare state and to attempt to overwhelm the American economy. In his State of the Union Address, Obama’s Middle-Class Pitch made it very clear, his agenda is to continue to pit Americans against each other (see Overwhelming the System). Together, the President and the SEIU are intent on collapsing the American system. They fervently believe that their combined O-Cloward-Piven Strategy Is Working, and that such strategy is what is best for America and the rest of the world.

While the President continues to foment racial divide through DOL investigations in Ferguson and New York the SEIU’s Insidious Tentacles are involved behind the scenes in fostering these unrests so Eric Holder and the President, with the assistance of Al Sharpton, can paint America as a racist country. The stories below found in Phil Wilson’s LRI Publication reveal tactics employed behind the scenes by the SEIU to facilitate the administration’s agenda of Divide and Conquer.

First, with respect to New York: Robert Murray, a top 32BJ SEIU organizer earning a six-figure salary, has been charged with two felony counts and three misdemeanors, including resisting arrest, inciting to riot, and obstruction of governmental administration, for his participation in the December 13 assault of two NYPD police officers on the Brooklyn Bridge.

A week after the incident, Murray turned himself into the police. The union has reportedly put Murray on unpaid leave until the matter is settled. Elaine Kim, a spokesperson for the 32BJ SEIU, said “The union did not organize any official contingent to participate in the protests.”

While that may be true, it is also true that the SEIU has a history of organizing protests without “officially” putting their name on it. Additionally, Mayor Bill de Blasio met with the group behind last month’s New York City protests. Guess where the meeting was held? 1199 SEIU headquarters.

Second, the SEIU Has Dirty Hands in Ferguson: President Obama is utilizing the tried and true labor boss tactic of misdirection to take Americans’ “eyes off the ball” regarding his Amnesty Order and, instead, has been directing attention to the recent events in Ferguson and New York City, as witnessed in a recent interview on BET where he said Racism is “Deeply Rooted” in U.S. Society.
The eruption of violence following the Michael Brown decision in Missouri and the Eric Garner decision in New York were blamed by the media on “outside agitators,” people who descended on the scene to generate unrest, and publicity. But just who were these hoodlums? According to Bill O’Reilly, the SEIU was front and center in the escapade.

Knowing that the connections would be made sooner or later, SEIU is attempting to jump on the bandwagon calling for “racial justice” in relation to the two incidents. Not surprisingly, many of the “Black Lives Matter” protestors have also been actively protesting for the Fight for $15 movement, another protest project spearheaded by SEIU behind the scenes. Perhaps SEIU should be responsible to pay the bills for all of the property destroyed in the SEIU-fomented unrest and violence.

Third, the President’s home state is providing payback and funds for the SEIU to basically nullify the freedom provided to home health care workers not to pay union dues by the U.S. Supreme Court:
After the Supreme Court’s Harris v. Quinn decision in October, the state of Illinois enacted a policy requiring home-based caregivers to attend “training sessions” led by SEIU. The state is using taxpayer money to pay the union as much as $2 million to conduct these meetings – most of which are spent with SEIU officials “telling caregivers they will lose all benefits, including health insurance and the Medicaid stipend that helps them care for their loved ones, should they opt out of paying union dues.” Illinois Policy Institute has responded by sending staff members to wait outside most of these meetings in order to inform caregivers that what SEIU is telling them is not the truth. SEIU, of course, complained to the state about Illinois Policy’s presence, creating some situations where staff members have been threatened with arrest.

Fourth, with respect to the President’s Amnesty program, as chronicled in DREAM Act, the Truth behind the Nightmare, the SEIU is being provided another payback in the form of potential future forced unionized workers as well as the opportunity to further create racial divide by giving them access to undocumented workers granted amnesty — The SEIU is taking advantage of President Obama’s recent executive order to give working visas to some 4 million immigrants. Their hope is that some of these people who have been too afraid to sign up in the past won’t be now.

There is no doubt the President and the SEIU are determined to fundamentally change the greatest country in the history of the world to impose their own view. America has provided more opportunity and increased the quality of life for more people, regardless of their background, than any country in history. Despite this, the President and the “same old” SEIU still believe they know best and are determined to destroy the American Free Enterprise system and impose socialism or communism (see SEIU Drops Mask, Goes Full Commie) upon this great country. The true agenda is control of the American people.

Big Labor Conundrum!

Over the past four decades, Big Labor has continued to see its membership shrink drastically as its leaders use the same failed tactics involving forced unionism. The argument that most workers are better off without unions today is supported by the fact that unions now represent approximately 11.3% of the total workforce and 6.6% of the private workforce, a steep fall from their heyday in 1945 when they represented about 35.5% of the workforce. Yet Big Labor has refused to change. Isn’t the definition of insanity, “continuing to do the same thing, but expecting different results?” The inability of Big Labor to generate new organizing strategies or to bring additional value to employees has put unions “between a rock and a hard place,” as succinctly described by pro-labor pundit Jack Rasmus, author of a 4-part essay on the Decline of Labor Unions. Mr. Rasmus’ work is worth reading, both to call attention to labor’s intransigence to make itself relevant to today’s workforce, and to read between the lines for potential strategy changes, if and when labor ever gets its act together.

A sample quote from part one of his essay:
“Had any other movement and its organizations produced so little, for so long, at such a growing financial and other cost to its membership, it would have undertaken a fundamental revision of its basic strategic approach long before now. However, union labor’s efforts to address its failing strategies over the last four decades have been token and tentative at best. Not much has been done to confront, or otherwise challenge and change, labor’s obviously failed strategies of the past four decades—neither at the ‘top’ among its national leadership nor at the ‘local level’ of local union membership. That fundamental strategic discussion is now long overdue.”

Despite its obvious failures, big labor continues, at great cost to its membership and reputation, to engage in ruthless tactics and pursue its own political agenda. It has maintained this course, despite the fact that people are moving away from forced-unionism areas and that membership is declining even in politically favorable locations (see Latest Census Data Show Families Continue to Flee Forced-Unionism States and Even in Liberal Minnesota, Labor Unions Are Losing Members. Big labor continues utilizing its political ties with the current Administration to focus on achieving Card Check, specifically thru rules and regulations recently implemented by President Obama’s National Labor Relations Board, the government agency charged with fairly administering the nation’s labor policy. The following articles outlining new rules and regulations recently handed down by the NLRB at the President’s direction accurately portray the reluctance of the unions to change their business model or otherwise reinvent themselves to serve modern America (see Reinventing America’s Unions for the 21st Century).

Confounding big labor’s position is the fact that it must go along with the President’s goals of increasing the minimum wage and providing amnesty for illegal aliens, in an effort to attract a larger base for the President and the Democratic Party in exchange for the pro-labor rules and regulations recently propagated by the Rogue NLRB. These political initiatives are, in fact, not in the best interest of the labor movement. Nevertheless, Big Labor continues to support them due to their need for political backing from the Democratic Party.

First, significantly increasing or doubling the minimum wage — as being pushed by the SEIU — would have devastating consequences on those least able to handle them. As succinctly portrayed by Phil Wilson from the Labor Relations Institute in a recent article:

“If you double the labor costs in these businesses you force these small companies to come up with new ways to operate their business that account for the increased expense. They will hire fewer people and try to make jobs as efficient as they possibly can. They will replace labor with technology everywhere they can (you see this in many restaurants and convenience stores today – you’ll be ordering off an iPad everywhere you go). They will raise prices or reduce selection to just the most profitable items.
Remember, we are not talking about a minor adjustment in the minimum wage – this is a massive shift in labor costs that companies will be forced to deal with. For every lucky person who keeps their minimum wage job and rejoices in their doubled income there will be several who cannot find any work, period. You will significantly increase the class of people who are unemployable, along with all the other problems that creates. Be careful what you wish for.
Also, these small units would divert attention away from the other bargaining units the unions already represent. If officials take the eye off the ball on these bigger, more stable units they risk losing those units to decertification, further reducing cash flow and profitability of the union. Be careful what you wish for.”

One more comment on the minimum wage increase. It is basically the same fundamental tactic the United Autoworkers and other unions utilized to increase wages in the American auto industry. The American auto industry and Detroit today are a foreshadowing of the affect significantly raising the minimum wage would have on the entire American economy.

Big labor also has been supportive of the President’s executive order, granting amnesty to up to 5.5 million undocumented workers, thereby giving them the ability to legally enter the workforce (see Unions launch recruiting push for immigrants protected by Obama actions). On the surface, this may seem to be a great opportunity for new union members as the big labor bosses would utilize information from the Administration and union foot soldiers to identify these people, help them assimilate into legal jobs, and then use pressure to help them force unionize the employers. However, many of these people will be utilized by companies as independent contractors (see Open Borders Costing American Jobs and Depressing Wages). Big labor will in effect spend a lot of time and money in an effort to force unionize these people at the risk of taking its eye off the ball and disenfranchising and losing a large part of its current membership.

Unfortunately, the big labor Gasping Dinosaurs seem incapable of changing and embracing the need for change. Instead they continue to expose the fact that It’s All About the Dues Money, by utilizing member’s dues as political donations to elect politicians thus expecting political favors in a desperate attempt to protect their lifestyles and reverse the decline of union membership (see Big Labor’s Top 100 and If This Is True, The Amount Of Money The UAW Uses On Politics Is Shocking). Combined with the President’s amnesty and minimum wage agendas reversing union decline is truly a conundrum for the big labor bosses who seem incapable of working legally and professionally within the parameters of the free market system to be successful (see The 2014 Union Corruption Report: A Year In Review). Instead of polishing its approach and providing a quality product people would embrace, Big Labor continues to utilize unsavory political favors and bully tactics in a futile attempt to rebuild its membership at the expense of its current membership. It is Time for Republicans to Go On the Offensive with its majority in both Houses. They need to come to the aid of Americans, defund the Rogue NLRB and stop the Death by a Thousand Cuts being perpetrated on American employees and employers. There is no doubt that Unions Face Challenges in 2015. It is time to add to big labor’s conundrum!

Reprise: DREAM Act, the Truth behind the Nightmare

The following blog was published in December of 2010, when President Obama was trying to force his DREAM Act through Congress in a similar lame duck fashion that he is attempting to push his Executive Order granting amnesty to illegal aliens today. The President currently has a Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate, but not in the U.S. House. This majority was lost following the November 4, 2014 Election, and as a result, 9 seats in the Senate move to the Republican party. Despite an obvious mandate from the American public, the Republican Party seems afraid to confront the bully on his unilateral action on immigration. Why? Mainly so it doesn’t lose the Hispanic vote, which could be retained and increased, as discussed in the blog below.

Ironically, America is in the same position it was four years ago and the Republican Party has the upper hand, but seems reluctant to use it despite the mandate (see 40% Approve of Obama’s Immigration Plan) when all it has to do is do the right thing, appeal and talk to all segments of the population on their turf and expose the Obama Administration’s true agenda of purely pandering for votes! Interestingly, even the labor bosses are being very quiet about the President’s amnesty order. They must have come to the realization that such a path is not good for America, or for the American worker!

In addition, President Obama is utilizing the tried and true labor boss tactic of misdirection to take Americans’ “eyes off the ball” regarding his Amnesty Order, and instead, he has been directing attention to the recent events in Ferguson and New York City, as witnessed in a recent interview on BET where he said Racism is “Deeply Rooted” in U.S. Society. The SEIU used this same type of misdirection at every step in their campaign against my company in order to keep people misinformed of their true objective of forced unionism. In this case the President’s true agenda is open borders to secure future election votes for the Democratic Party! However, the following provides a clear path for the Republican Party to overcome these tactics, defeat Obama’s Amnesty Order and secure American lives, wages and jobs (see Now Or Later: Why Not Wait to Fight Over Amnesty, Ebola Strategy Revealed and Open Borders Costing American Jobs and Depressing Wages).

_________________________________________

There is no doubt that some type of immigration reform, in concert with strong measures to protect our borders, is necessary and prudent in these challenging times. The questions at hand are how this should be accomplished, and if it is necessary to ram legislation through a “lame duck” session of Congress to achieve this goal? A closer look reveals that current attempts are for selfish political or business purposes instead of for the good of the American people and the Illegals it will impact!

We as a nation are culpable for the current circumstance. As citizens we have allowed our government over the past couple of decades to ignore enforcement of our laws and to abuse our social programs for political purposes (see Illegal Aliens: Economic Consequences). As a result, we have encouraged the influx of illegal immigrants. It is a simple example of supply and demand. Mexico and other countries have the supply and, up until the current recession, the United States had the demand, which was not sustainable!

Lured by the prospect of jobs, security and social entitlements such as free public education, Medicaid, food stamps, welfare, aid to dependent children and other programs, immigrants did what any one of us would do under the circumstances. How can we possibly blame them for wanting to escape the misery of their homeland, especially when we, as a country, made it so appealing?

The truth is we can’t, but we can begin to correct the situation by eliminating the demand through strict enforcement of immigration and business laws, by providing social services to legal Americans only, and by allowing the federal military, in cooperation with the states, to police the borders (see Supreme Court Considers 2007 Arizona Immigration Law  and Supreme Court Weighs Arizona Employer Sanctions).  These actions alone will result in an immediate reduction to the flow of illegal immigrants into the country and most likely will result in a significant number of current Illegals migrating back to their homeland (see 100,000 Hispanics left Arizona after SB1070 and Illegal Immigration to US Slows Sharply).

Enforcement of our current laws will have a more positive effect on this pressing problem and the financial drain it imposes upon our economy than any new law that could possibly be passed. It will directly benefit the American worker as wages and benefits that have been artificially depressed due to the presence of illegal workers, who are taken advantage of by unscrupulous businesses, will begin to rise!

In my company’s industry, we have consistently seen competitors take advantage of illegal immigrants and pay them minimum wage (or less) or misclassify them as independent contractors (as discussed in Misclassification of Workers, Common Ground or Hot Bed of Greed). Both of these practices need to be stopped and our laws enforced. Maybe, just maybe, our government will not be compelled to create another entitlement program to encourage the flow of illegal immigrants (see Labor Department Offers Assistance to Illegal Immigrants Facing Wage Disparities). Again, supply and demand, the basis of capitalism, which provides more for workers at all levels, will work its magic (see Wise Words from a Mexican Immigrant).

Only after these processes are in motion can we begin meaningful discussion as to how to humanely address those who remain illegally in the United States. It is obvious that we cannot afford to deport all of them; nor do we want to since a large majority of them can make a significantly positive impact on the future of this country! A potential solution is to provide those who wish to stay a six-month period in which they can sign up for citizenship, and then provide some type of expedited citizenship process as long as they have clean backgrounds! It is imperative that they are upright and lawful citizens who are legally employed and, as responsible taxpayers, are contributing their share to the future of the country and its financial well being (see The Falcon Lake Murder and Mexico’s Drug Wars and Illegal Alien Caught Trying to Kidnap Two School Children). This scenario provides a win/win proposition for all Americans in the form of better wages and benefits and for the fiscal health of the country through increased tax revenues and a significantly reduced burden on social services.

Certain politicians, unions and bleeding hearts will stomp their feet in indignation that this is cruel and unusual punishment, as they trumpet their social justice card. However, this is no more than an attempt to maintain their hold on money and power at the expense of the very people they claim to represent. When are conservatives/republicans going to wake up and realize that they must approach minorities and ethnic groups on a personal level of inclusion that will open their eyes to how they are truly being manipulated and repressed? When they do, meaningful progress can be achieved for all (see Spanish lessons for the GOP and What an Immigrant Would Say to Boehner).

Unfortunately, now that Congress has passed the Tax Bill it is a sure bet Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid will set their sights on immigration reform and passage of the DREAM Act, one of President Obama’s campaign objectives (see Congress Passes Tax Deal and Obama May Bypass Congress to Give Amnesty to Illegals). They would like you to believe that their motives are altruistic, but there is much more to their reasons than meets the eye!

The DREAM Act, which was blocked from further discussion in the Senate this weekend, is nothing more than payback to union supporters who view illegal immigrants as a vast new and easily recruited (intimidated) membership base. They believe illegal immigrants can be captured through forced unionization of employers as described in The Devil at My Doorstep, continue as a large voting block for the Democratic Party, and provide a political life raft for Pelosi, Reid, Obama and other democrats (see Immigration Crisis Survey; Dems Playing Politics with Immigration — and it’s Good Policy; and DREAM Act Fails in Senate). The DREAM Act is not about the people, it is about what is important to these organizations. Senator Reid still has two weeks before the end of the year so don’t be surprised to see this resurface one more time before the end of the “lame duck” session! It is apparent the Obama administration is intent on protecting this potential voting block and not enforcing immigration laws even at the expense of state rights (see Justices, Minus One, Hear Challenge to Arizona Law on Hiring Immigrants)!Despite the disingenuousness of the Pelosi-Reid crowd, the fact remains that immigration reform is necessary and needed for a host of legitimate reasons (see The Titanic and the United States , U.S. Border Easy Entry for Terrorists and Bean Bags vs. AK-47s).

New legislation is not necessary if we demand that our legislators and government officials do their true job and enforce current laws! We cannot continue this attempt to legislate and regulate ourselves to prosperity. What we must do is reduce the role of government and demand they govern according to the Constitution. Unfortunately, it is much easier to pass new laws than to implement and enforce them. It is high time we held our government officials accountable to enforce current laws! It is time to save states like Arizona and our country from the mess we created (see Ray Stevens – God Save Arizona and Surviving the Obama Assault on the Rule of Law).

The Amnesty Debacle

In recent days, President Obama has threatened that he will utilize an Executive Order to pass immigration reform and, in so doing, provide amnesty to thousands of illegal immigrants (see Obama to Announce Immigration Executive Actions Friday). This ploy, which is done for no other purpose than to secure votes for the Democratic Party, is in fact an illegal amnesty and violates the U.S. Constitution and separation of powers (see Amnesty Designed to Help Democrats Win Elections at the Expense of the American People and An Illegal Amnesty).

Unfortunately, the Republican Party is not devoid of guilt in this matter as seen in The Senate Immigration Law Hurts All Americans. It appears neither side understands this is not truly not a debate about politics or social justice, but rather a debacle for legal American citizens. The two sides are playing a game of chess to court the vote of the Hispanic community. In the meantime, they are encouraging illegal action, such as the use of undocumented workers by businesses (see Push to Protect Farm Workers). This is done solely for the purpose of winning future elections, and is done at the expense of the legal American worker and companies who do business with integrity! — And where are the American labor unions now, when they could utilize their organizing abilities and political influence to actually protect their membership and do what is right for America? If either side truly cared and had a backbone, they would come together to close the southern border to protect the American people from terrorists as described in Ebola Strategy Revealed, protect American jobs and reduce the immense strain on Federal, State and Local budgets.

image001

President Obama has made the statement in interviews that no one with a criminal background should be allowed to vote and that illegal immigration hurts workers (see Obama Says Illegal Immigration HURTS ‘Blue-Collar Americans,’ STRAINS Welfare). Apparently, he has conveniently forgotten that people who have crossed the border illegally are criminals that depress American wages. By that reasoning, these persons should have no right to vote and should not be taking American jobs and depressing wages. It is the typical “do as I say, not as I do” hypocrisy that has been used by the President throughout his time in office to support his positions. In Right to Vote Hypocrisy, I discussed that signing up illegal citizens to vote in state and federal elections is perfectly fine in the eyes of the President and big labor bosses, but it is unfair to allow employees of businesses to vote for union representation in a secret ballot election.

Politics aside, the most immediate problem is the fact that Open Borders are Costing American Jobs and Depressing Wages. The continued Misclassification of Workers by companies who refuse to obey our laws and prey upon undocumented workers creates an Under Ground Economy that results in stagnant economic growth, high unemployment (or high under-employment in the form of more part time jobs rather than full time jobs), and a reduction in wage growth. Stories are rampant across the country about companies who do business legitimately and with integrity that are losing business to companies who hire illegals and pay them under the table. This creates The Shadow Economy that an honest business can only compete against by reducing wages, hours and benefits. This situation is accentuated by Obamacare (see Buyers Remorse Over Obamacare) and its high costs which force businesses to move towards part-time employees in order to remain competitive.

It is time for all Americans to wake up and demand that politicians on both sides of the aisle stand up to President Obama’s Rule by Fiat mentality. It is time to realize the hypocritical stance this President takes in his endeavor to fulfill his agenda of converting America to socialism. It is apparent from the current state of the American economy, high budget deficits, high welfare/entitlement rolls, high unemployment/under employment, nationalized education and the cornerstone of control – nationalized healthcare, that the President’s O-Cloward-Piven Strategy Is Working. The Republican Party, with its new majority, must begin Vetting Obama’s Political Tactics and realize He Is What He Despises. It is time they understand Most Voters Still Veto Obama’s Immigration Plan, and go on the offensive to defeat the President’s amnesty debacle and incorporate the strategies embodied in Restoring America’s Prosperity!

Election 2014: America at a Crossroads!

Tomorrow, Americans will go to the polls to decide the course of the greatest nation the world has ever known. Liberals would have you believe that the United States is merely a monster gobbling up the world’s resources under the guise of capitalism. They characterize America as a pariah that supports the “Haves” at the expense of the “Have Nots.” Their misleading rhetoric and tactics are reminiscent of John Lennon’s lyrics in the song “Imagine.”

Imagine there’s no heaven, it’s easy if you try, no hell below us, above us only sky. Imagine all the people, living for today.
Imagine there’s no countries, it isn’t hard to do. Nothing to kill or die for, and no religion, too. Imagine all the people, living life in peace.
You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you will join us, and the world will be as one.
Imagine no possessions, I wonder if you can. No need for greed or hunger, a brotherhood of man. Imagine all the people, sharing all the world.

Big Labor, the Obama Administration and far left ideologues, through a tenacious ground game spearheaded by the carnivorous big labor Gasping Dinosaurs, are attempting to devour the minds of the culpable American public! They understand they can manipulate a large percentage of a gullible population through misconceptions, misinformation, attacks and deception, all under the guise of “social justice” as taught in Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.” Like Alinsky, they are masters of identifying people or groups that are susceptible to their “social justice” rhetoric, and thus are easily influenced. They prey upon the less sophisticated and less experienced part of the population at all levels to foment class warfare and politicize their utopian dream of heaven on earth — just as Lennon envisioned it in his song! However, their goal is to destroy the American Free Market system and replace it with socialism. They live by Alinsky’s teachings that “The Ends Justify the Means” and “Ridicule is Man’s Most Potent Weapon!” In this case the means and weapons are any available tactics to steal elections whether it be through intimidation, coercion, bribe or fraud!

Heaven on Earth is not a place that can be created by eliminating incentives for people to be productive and self-reliant. However, in their twisted minds, such socialistic thinking will make everybody on earth the same. As articulated by Charles Krauthammer, they believe the people are mere peasants being led to the slaughter. Slowly, we are beginning to realize that their heaven is the same path that led to the financial disasters in Greece and France (see Obama Underappreciation Syndrome).

Broken down, this Election is focused on the expanding deficit of the United States, President Obama’s expensive health care system, financial reform, unemployment and the President’s lack of response to terrorism and the Ebola crisis (see Ebola Strategy Revealed). Taken together, these compromise the state of the U.S. Economy. The economy continues to struggle due to the Obama Administration’s fundamental lack of business knowledge and experience and his vision of a “one country world” – similar to that described in Lennon’s song.

Imagine-Lennon

The Elections should be based on open, honest and clean debates on the issues and how to fix them, not through the Saul Alinsky methods, described above, being employed by the big labor bosses, the left and the Obama Administration. The truth, however, is that these elitists cannot or will not compete on a level playing field, thus the Alinsky tactics. My company experienced the same type of tactics by the SEIU during its Corporate Campaign against us, as chronicled in The Devil at Our Doorstep. When forced to play on a level playing field, it was evident the SEIU was incapable.

That is why the left uses defamatory tactics against its opponents, characterizes Voter I.D. Laws as discriminatory (see Supreme Court blocks key voter ID law), and attempts to establish mail-in ballots like the law recently passed in Colorado, a pivotal senatorial election state (see Greenpeace activist and others were exposed this week condoning Mile High voter fraud on the incumbent’s behalf). They have also pushed and succeeded in many areas for early voting and absentee ballots, so they can utilize their ground game to take advantage of the lack of oversight in these programs to cheat the system and force both legal and illegal voters (see Illegals Registered To Vote) to vote for their candidates.

In the long-term, we must fix the system so as to eliminate abuse by disciples of Alinsky principles. For now, however, we must realize what we are up against and turn the tide on November 4, 2014. It must be recognized that the other side is not playing fair, as evidenced in the 2010 Elections when Fraudsters were the Reason Blue States Remained Blue, and will once again have their foot soldiers out in mass to intimidate, coerce, defame, attack, bribe, threaten, misinform, deceive and even commit fraud to win! Steps must be taken to offset the disingenuous “social justice” rhetoric and get everybody who stands for decency and the American way to the polls on November 4th to offset this attack on America! Make no mistake — if we become complacent and the Republican Party does not regain control of the Senate, just “Imagine” how catastrophic it could be for America — the world’s last, best hope for the future!
