The relationship between the unions specifically the SEIU and the current administration is undeniable. The administration continues to utilize union Corporate Campaign strategy of Death by a 1000 Cuts to implement laws and programs favorable to union organizing at the expense of employees and employers. Like the unions the administration believes it is impossible for the public and businesses to track everything and slowly enough programs will slip through that they will achieve their coveted goal of the “Employee Free Choice Act” (EFCA)! This is the same game plan I describe in my book that the unions utilize to pressure employers into signing a “Neutrality Agreement” , which is the genesis of EFCA. Overwhelm the system until it capitulates.
